"The location of the hotel is excellent, the castle is both out and the restaurants are all around. The breakfast buffet is full and you can basically find all the food you want to eat. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming and willing to help solve the problem. The room was newly renovated, but I don't know why I still use the old carpet, the only shortcoming."

"I stayed for only one night with only stay. The location is exceptional. In the centre of the castle. A few problems for parking, resolved shortly. The room assigned to me was for people with disabilities. The receptionist was very kind and immediately made me a new room which was very comfortable and clean."

"B&B never fails me in providing a good sleep. Their bed and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are super helpful and trying their best to full fill our special requests. The breakfast though has limited choices, but they are all fresh made. The hotel is not the newest, there are some places in detail need to be fixed, it does not affect my experience. This hotel is practical, knowing what is their focus. I always choose this brand in every country I travel and will keep doing so."

Excellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. He shared a lot of information on tourist attractions and places to see. The hotel serves excellent breakfast for each guest in an amazing dining room (see pictures).

Great hotel! Best where I was! The optimal combination of price and quality! Ideal location: 150 meters from the main attraction - the Estense Castle. You leave the hotel and get into the historic center of the city with unique atmosphere and cozy streets and a boulevard bridge - lovely! A great breakfast included in the cost: a rich choice of dishes (there are also products without lactose, gluten), and sweet and salty. Very delicious and satisfactory! Beautiful buffet staff: Very nice, polite, pleasant people, bring coffee, clean dishes, very polite! Hotel advantages compared to some in Rome: give a teapot, a dish in the room; there is a warm blanket in the sub-coat (!), in the room is very warm, you can adjust the temperature yourself. Soft, comfortable beds. pleasant interiors. The polite staff on the respiratory, ready to come for help. If anything has stopped working (the toilet heating battery or the safe) - repair at once. I can boldly advise this hotel to my friends and acquaintances! Thank you to this hotel for the hospitality! Also pleasant when the hotel team congratulates you on your birthday at breakfast, it's very touching! Thank you!

Hotel is good enough. I got a very large two-room room, although I was alone (there were no other free rooms). Of the plus: there is an electric teapot in the room, a large sauna, a spacious shower with everything you need. Good breakfast is included. Of the downsides: The staff were respectful enough, but still there was an unpleasant precipitation of some arrogance and neglect after communicating with them (it is just my individual impression, please excuse, surely, The staff did not want anything bad).
