Location is fantastic. The room is quite spacious and overlooks the tungabhadra. The gardens are also nice. However, the facilities in the room are very less for the price point - no toileteries were given. The bedding also was very basic, just two pillows, a bed and one razai. We reserved this hotel near Anjanatri Betta primarily for the Shri Hanuman Darshan and the swimming pool, intending to enjoy some leisure time with our children. However, during check-in, we were not informed about the pool's maintenance. After our visit to the Hanuman temple, we inquired about the pool, only to be told that it was under maintenance and that we should have asked about it prior to checking in. This raises the question of why we should need to inquire about the pool's status when we had booked our stay based on the photos of the pool.

Old fashioned, but good. Staff was good. Water was clean. Basic amenities provided, car parking available. Restaurant and bar available.
