This hotel's prime location makes it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

It's in good condition, the price is cheap, and I'm going well! It says that wifi is not available here, but wifi is available! It's good to give it, and the unfortunate thing is that I have to buy a toilet paper.

strategic location, on the side of the highway. spacious parking. there is coffee tea. drinking water is provided in gallon and there is a dispenser. owner is very friendly If you want to find food, it's very easy, bcs on the side of the road, there are many selling things rekomended 😘

The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon.

The location is good near everywhere there is direct access to Pakuwon Mall. 2 bedrooms are available with queen size and single mattresses. capacity for 4 people but only 1 towel provided. suggestion for admin,guests not all from inside city may need to give more detailed explanation..self check in method and parking location as there are 2 apartment tower in the same place. (If anyone wants to stay in this apartment, it is recommended to be above P4 at the back loft parking lot / go right to get to the room where you go with the room access card). For the stove cannot be used, so cannot be used to cook instant noodles,. tableware provided limited to 2 bowls 1 dish 1 spoon and 2 forks.. This apartment is worth it if traveling to Surabaya and only used to sleep, not for staycation. Thank you, admin and trip.com
