"This is always my first choice of hotel whenever I visit Pekanbaru because it's located in the mall area. However, the downside yesterday was the long wait for the room; we only got in late in the afternoon, even though I was exhausted from a long journey and just wanted to rest. 🫠"

"It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist."

"The location is fantastic, seriously the best! Cleanliness, though, was just so-so. The pillowcases looked really worn out and were pilling. The sink also had mold in the crevices, probably because it's quite old. I stayed here because a friend was attending a wedding. The best part, without a doubt, is the swimming pool. I always love the vibe there! 🫰🏻"

"The room was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy overall, with plenty of room to move between the bed and the TV wall, so unpacking luggage didn't feel cramped. The air conditioning was also very powerful. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport. Facilities: The Lobby and *** Restaurant are on the 2nd floor, while the Pool, Gym, SPA, and Pool Bistro are on the 15th floor. Ideal for short stays of 1-2 nights, business trips, or layovers."
