The owner was very friendly and cozy

Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.

The condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including: 1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed) 2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this. 3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work... So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. Sangaaaaat recommended right. I will review About the condition of the room, same as in the photo, room with 1 bed and bathroom inside. Clean bathroom, live water. Wc sit. the bed was clean,the sheets were clean,and 2 quilts were given because it was really cold here. For the toiletries, you can ask the Guard. it is very convenient because it is far from the noise,quieter than other places. Most important point, the guard/owner of the inn is very friendly and very good, talking connected as if I have known for a long time hahaha, always healthy yaaa bik. The night guard is also friendly. the room can also be used as a photo spot. There is parking for cars and motorcycles as well. free hot spring tickets too.the luxury of a cheap price is already the same as the hot spring.

The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again

Good service. Clean, wide parking lot. Lots of seating so it's good for relaxing. The view is just right and the location is great. OK. There's just one drawback. Facilities such as the water heater have problems, sometimes they can be used, sometimes they can't. And for television, lots of shows will soon be made. Thank You
