"The hotel was clean, but I booked a double bed room to share with my sister on trip.com and when I paid and got a confirmation that it’s a double room it was not refundable . When I contacted the hotel they said that because they did not have twin rooms available it reverted the booking to double in the system. I contacted trip.con to cancel the booking they said that it was non refundable booking, I explained that it was their system that made the error and not me, the agent said I will contact the hotel and check if they can accept a refund, she got back saying that they have refused and trip.com could not help. I was furious and I had to go and sleep on the sofa bed and this was uncomfortable also the heating was doing some tapping sound as I am light sleeper I could not sleep properly at all."
