"Firstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again."

"The transfer time is long, so it's a good place to take a break. The breakfast was also good because I had coffee and bread and fruit cereal to fill my stomach. It was awkward because it was my first time using a shared bathroom and shower room, but it was clean and nice."

"Breakfast was efficient because they really allow those who need to travel early to have breakfast before we leave. They have the breakfast ready for take away too. Impressive. This service was wonderful. Room a bit dim. Brighter lights would help. No kettle, tea or coffee in the room. They have a kettle at lobby that we can boil water but fortunately I have teabags with me. It would be good to provide."

Note that soundproofing is weak—you may hear footsteps from above and occasional plane noise. Still, a decent budget-friendly choice for a short transit stay."

"An old four-star hotel with a certain age but overall clean and tidy The main reason is that the room space is relatively large, so it is more suitable for personal requirements. The breakfast is rich in fruits and the croissants are delicious! The hotel also has complete catering facilities"

"The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle from airport was not on time and we have waited quite some times. There are coffee maker and huge bathtub in room which are good. Not much eating places nearby."

"I originally made a booking via Trip.com for a room pay at hotel for free cancellation but then I found that there is a prepaid rate with breakfast room type at the same platform, so I cancelled the original booking and made a new booking for prepaid rate at a cheaper rate. Confirmation for cancellation all received by email and APP message without any penalty. When I check in at 10pm, the front desk told me I am carrying 2 bookings and needs me to pay the cancellation fee for the 1st booking and claimed that they got 2 bookings 1 from Trio.com and 1 booking from ******* and both bookings are still active. I show him the confirmation from Trip.com app, but he insisted and asked his supervisor to talk to me, they insisted that they have 2 bookings in their system. Come on I cancelled at the platform and confirmed with free cancellation, from a guest standpoint I did not do anything wrong, why I need to bear the cancellation, so I am very angry and questioned the supervisor why this could happen and what’s next?. This manager seems concerned and he then changed his tone and said he is only trying to help. If I am not insisted or other Asian guest, most likely they will forced me to pay off one more night penalty!! Be careful for future cancellation from this hotel! It never happened in North America Holiday In. hotels but not in Paris!!"
