"This hotel booking was quite a pleasant surprise! I'd been looking on ***********, and all the reasonably priced options seemed to be older buildings with questionable hygiene. Then I checked Trip.com and saw this place, which looked newly renovated, so I figured the facilities would be more modern. I was on a solo trip, and getting here from Charles de Gaulle Airport by public transport was really convenient. The hotel is right by the metro exit, with a supermarket and McDonald's nearby. Plus, it's only a few stops on the M13 line to the city center, which is super handy. The hotel itself is great too. My room had a large window with a nice street view, and they cleaned the room daily (and it had air conditioning!). I'd say it's pretty good value for money in Paris. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris."

"I added 85 Euros to upgrade to a private room and I am happy to have made that choice. The room was roomy and the amenities were complete to a hotel’s standard. The location is good for what I needed - I commuted from Versailles to Hotel Sub and then to Paris for some nighttime photography then back until a morning bus ride to Paris Beauvais. My achievement here is that I did not take a taxi or Uber to Beauvais. It is doable to take the bus to La Defense to catch the Aerobus and make it in time for your flight. Morning estimations of arrival times are accurate and Beauvais is a small airport - walking to the gate is rather immediate. Stay at Hotel Sub!"

"The room is quite nice, with a partition, very clean, newly decorated, and two bottles of Evian water every day. The service is very good, the waiter and the front desk are very nice. There is a small kitchen, you can boil water. The hotel is on the roadside, close to the Seine, but it is still a distance from the center. It takes about 1 hour to walk to the Eiffel Tower and about 40 minutes to walk to Montmartre."

Location: It is a residential area, not in the circle of small Paris, but 5 minutes walk to the rer train station, about half an hour out of the center of Paris. A quiet and clean area, with quick access to the metro (alpha minute 7-8 walk to the Gabriel Peri station), in the district several network supermarkets + a little farther supermarket, working until 23:00 From the downsides: staff on the resepshen (the settlement was made by a girl) speaks only French, unfortunately. "Not far from the train station, it is very convenient to enter the city, there is a supermarket monoprix near the station, there are also McDonald's and bakery. The room was small and clean, soundproofed, and could hear the next door. Good value for money."

"優點： 交通方便，走5分鐘就是RER C的車站。 衞生乾淨。房間隔音一般，聽不見走廊別人走路的聲音，但能聽見一點別人的關門聲。 配套的東西有冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、鍋和餐具。不過冰箱的冷凍層沒法完全凍住冰淇淋，空調製冷效果稍慢些。 缺點： 網絡真的很差，基本都很卡，有時候看視頻都加載不了。 不會每天都收垃圾換毛巾紙巾之類的，大概一週一次。 總結下，如果是來旅遊，在外面的時間比較多的話，還是很推薦的。如果住的久，或對網絡要求的話，不推薦選這家。"

"這是一家小而美的私人酒店。雖然不在市中心，但交通很方便，20分鐘可以抵達大部分市區的景點或場館。也正是因為不在市中心，酒店周圍安靜且安全，同時也很便利，步行幾分鐘就有超市和餐館。主人非常熱情，提供豐富的早餐，也會對場館遊覽給出建議。總之是一次很好的體驗。"
