Annemasse Hotels with Wifi

"Good morning! After several satisfactory stays at this same hotel, this time was very different, even resulting in a physical threat from a completely out-of-control and unbalanced receptionist. I will recount the events. During my last stay, I requested permission to order some small packages from SHEIN and Temu to be delivered to the hotel. They promptly authorized me, as I am a frequent guest, giving me a post-it note with the correct addresses and zip code (attached below). One of the packages was received as agreed. However, for the following ones, apparently the rules had changed, but I was not informed by email, SMS, or phone call that they would no longer receive anything. Then, yesterday, I received a call from the delivery company informing me that there had been three unsuccessful delivery attempts and that I would have to go to the delivery company to retrieve my packages. The detail is that I was already working in a city 80 kilometers away. The delivery person was at the counter, in the company of the employees, when he called me, and it was obvious and fair that I should have received the delivery since they already had one package and did not inform me that the rules had changed. Well, the inconvenience was enormous. I left work, got in my car, and drove the distance to the hotel. Upon arriving, an older gentleman attendant was extremely aggressive and out of control, even going so far as to... The person was making childish faces and mimicking my words, their eyes wide as if trying to intimidate me, and worse, making a move to get up and physically act. This person was completely incapable of working in customer service and said it didn't matter if the hotel was wrong, that I shouldn't explain a problem that was mine, regardless of whether the hotel caused it. This man was aggressive, rude, completely incapable of performing his job, totally unbalanced. Below are photos of the first package I received and the authorization from the hotel. I do not wish to stay at the hotel again until this person is removed from their receptionist position, as a woman who is 1.58 meters tall and weighs 60 kilos cannot defend herself against a troglodyte like that elderly and out-of-control man. I expect a response from the platform and recommend checking the reception cameras to see my posture and the actions of this incompetent attendant. Thank you."

"This hotel is relatively new and continues the AccorHotels service standards. The reception is very good and it has air conditioning. It is much cheaper than hotels in Geneva city and the hardware facilities are good. It takes only more than 20 minutes to get from Geneva Main Station. It is just opposite the station. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the station, which is very convenient. Highly recommended"

"This hotel is very close to SNCF Annemasse Station. You can get there 10 minutes on foot and take 20 minutes trains to Geneva City Centre. The room facilities are a bit old and not very clean. There is a bar downstairs, which is a bit noisy on weekend nights. There is also construction going on at the entrance of the hotel. Some hotel staff don’t speak English. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the price of extra breakfast is a bit expensive. But there is a kettle in the room and the hotel front desk did not charge a deposit upon check-in. Compared to hotels in Geneva, the hotel prices here are cheaper. It’s a good choice for travelers to Geneva."
