"A disaster, almost everything failed, at the morning night the key didn't work and they didn't know to change it, so I had to sleep in another with all the disadvantages it causes, at the morning I ask to enter my own and without any excuse and bad face give me the New key, I go up and there's no hot water, as I was late since I was working without shower I saw and I dropped to return the key and complain, no excuse and one we feel very cold (as if it was my fault) and goodbye."
