"Without doubt the best hotel on the whole beach! Already at the check-in, Laura welcomed us at the reception with her warm and charming smiles – a true angel on earth. Thanks to her hearty reception and excellent service, we felt like at home immediately. The hotel is clean, very modern, with first-class facilities. The food is varied and delicious, and the view is simply dreamy. Since our return to Germany, we have been thinking every day of joy and desire to the wonderful time here. Thank you very much to Laura and the entire team – you made our stay unforgettable!"

"The hotel was just enough for our trip. Nevertheless the rooms were CRAZY hot. Even the Fan was not helping much to cool us down, for the rest the breakfast was fine for the 5 EUR extra per person. Please be aware that within the price is not included (12.50EUR for deposit in order to have the remote for the Fan out of which 5 will be return to you upon check out). The location was perfect, and the only other downturn was the fact that right under the hotel there is a bar, which has karaoke/singers until midnight. So probably you wont be able to catch a good sleep until pass midnight."

"Check-in was very quick and uncomplicated. The rooms are clean and big and bright very nice. Restaurant is large and has a good selection."

"We were super animated with our hotel choice even having cheaper options, but we saw by the photos and reviews that the site was quite pleasant and the accommodation was as we wanted. However, once we arrived, we felt the strong smell of moisture in the room and then we saw that the bathroom exhaustor also did not work, often leaving the environment all wet after being used for the bath, for example, when spending a lot of time like this. Then we saw that the room heating was not working any day of our stay, and the temperature fell and always cool at night. We requested covers for 3X to the hotel, but no one came to deliver us. Finally we had to go personally to make the order at the hotel reception, located in another building. We were given a edredon and a coat to cover it ourselves. We see then that the edredon was also small for two people. We left the cover with the edredom to be covered by the cleaning staff the next day, but when we return to the hotel by night, to our surprise even after the lack of answer to previous requests, the edredon was following without a cape and the cleaners had taken her away. So, with the cold room, we finally continue using the edredon without a coat even to not have once again to ask for any service that would not be answered again. The hotel's location is really very good, the staff was nice, the room size would also have been great if everything was working, but in terms of customer support and we spent cold every night of our stay, besides walking forward and back carrying Edredons late night, from one side to the other, was quite frustrating for the hotel level we thought it was."

"As a four-star hotel, Cala Bona is generally good. The external environment is a plus, especially since it has a swimming pool inside and is close to the sea. It’s really not too beautiful when you open the window in the morning. I really enjoyed my trip to Mallorca this time, with a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery, delicious food and beautiful people!"
