"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet environment, which made for a restful sleep. The location was very convenient — close to restaurants, public transport, and key attractions. Breakfast was also great with a good variety of options. Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will gladly return on my next trip."

"My dad loves staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights for visiting Gibraltar. We felt welcomed by the receptionist and the check in was smooth. The room we stayed was as spacious as we saw on the internet. As the hotel has been 123 years old, you can tell from the hotels and aged furniture. I think it needs refurbishing, as the air conditioning was weak and we sweated in the night. And I think it may only happens to some of the rooms, as my friends' room are as cold as a fridge. This problem should be fixed easily, but we got back from another town and were so exhausted, so we didn't want to move to another our luggages again and chose to bear with it. Water pressure has no problem and instant hot water. Duvet and the bedding were clean and new. The buffet breakfast was excellent in varieties and quality. We love having our breakfast outside enjoying the birds as our companions. The swimming pool is in good size with a safe guard. I would love to come back as the price is totally worth for it. The hotel called us taxi and it took only 2 mins to be there for us. We are happy with the efficiency. Also we love meeting people here. They are all very nice and enjoy making friends here in the hotel. I would say staying here was one of my great choices I have made"

"Снимала улучшеный номер на сутки. Местоположение отеля хорошее. Номер комфортный и просторный. Белье было чистое. Но, я бы обратила внимание на уборку. Были крошки от чипсов в диване и на полу. На некоторых деревянных поверхностях следы от жирных пальцев. Пыльно. Обратите на это внимание!"

"The service was superb, I immediately extended my stay for another night! The location is excellent, within walking distance of the station and pier. There's also a large market nearby! This city is fantastic, and the people are wonderful!"

"This is a lovely hotel…. Sp pretty with columns and alcoves. For the first night I booked dinner B&B….. the food was delicious! Dinner was 5 courses but included the best Broccoli au Gratin I ever tasted and included a glass of red wine. I expected the wine to be tough but it was actually very good! I did not try the open air swimming pool but in this heat it was an option … nearby beach was crowded and with fascinating container port nearby I found it hard to believe the water was bathing quality! 8€ taxi ride from bus station. Staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. Next time I will ask for a room with a mountain-view. I stayed a second night … trip charged me a higher price? I also took their Day Excursion to Morocco…€72 but add on €40 for tips! It included return ferry, transport, guide and Moroccan lunch ( delicious) … driver, his friend, guide and me on a 32 seater bus! Obligatory “buy a carpet” talk at “craft school” ( Omg I bought a carpet!) … hold out for the trinkets shop on the way out!!! 4 hours to get back through customs … queues…. But it was fascinating v and an unexpected glimpse into border mentality. 4 layers … Moroccan military check, Moroccan police check, Spanish police check and Covid certificate check and final layer …. Spanish guards emptying and checking every car and finding something to throw away from everyone!!!! Two days feels like a wonderful week!"

"The hotel was beautiful, clean and very large. The receptionists are very sympathetic and speak several languages. The spacious room was clean with a bathroom and a balcony. The wallpapers were clean and there was a hair dryer, shower gel, soap and shampoo available in the bathroom. The hotel is just a few steps from the bus station so easy access if you come on the bus (e.g. from Gibraltar like us). I recommend this 100% hotel because I have no negative point to quote"

"The room was very good, but I would have liked the room to be a little larger, for the rest, everything perfect, though when we arrived there were two short brown hair above the bed, but a fault has anyone, everything perfect. The area is difficult to park that siiii..."

"The room has ants, the bathroom is still clean, the nearest hotel to the Algeciras Pier, the opposite of the pier road, but the level of the domestic guest house. It is OK to stay for one night and sleep. It is about 5 minutes walk from the coach station and it is convenient to travel. To Gibraltar, you can take bus 530 to the coach station, and the 530 is to Malaga. If you take a taxi to Gibraltar, it will be more than 30 euros, less than 40 euros, and there is no traffic jam. Spanish taxis are very formal, watch the table, you can swipe the card."

"The owner is kind. The location is also in front of the super station and you can walk from the port. You can get milk and fruit for free and it's great. There are two buildings, but be careful because the Google map pin is not stuck!"
