"Great welcome with free upgrade offered by them. The welcome cocktail at the bar is always appreciated but half of the drinks on the menu were not available. The gym and pool are at a great level. The structure is very spacious. Very good rooms even if you can see that they are already a few years old. Very good 24h room service, the food ordered was excellent. The only flaw, the bar does not have a smoking section but this is common in Algeria. Summing up however the room does not offer anything special for the (official) price paid, so it is too expensive for the type of structure and service offered."

"Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. A big thank you to all the staff at the reception, in the restaurant, and to most of the housekeeping team for their kindness and professionalism.
The only minor negative: one housekeeping staff member was a bit unfriendly, barely returning greetings. (a sturdy woman) Fortunately, this was an isolated incident that didn't detract from our overall excellent impression.

"I was injured on the plane and arrived at the hotel in a wheelchair. He gave me as much support as possible, such as changing rooms and responding to emergency response in the middle of the night. "The first time I came to Algeria on a business trip, I also found a hotel on Trip . The overall price is relatively high. The hotel is a bit far from the airport. There are two AD HOTELs in Algiers. Many drivers will make mistakes. Although the two hotels are not far away, if you call a car, It is better to emphasize that the hotel suffix ”Pont D'Hydra” is better. The room is quite clean, the room is too small, if there is a lot of luggage, it is more difficult to put it, there are no shops around the hotel, there is a small supermarket about 200 meters away from the hotel, you can buy some water, snacks and daily necessities. The hotel's own restaurant serves breakfast, pizza fast food, coffee afternoon tea, and dinner at other times. The waiter is very welcoming and can ask the front desk if you have any questions."

Guest UserHello, I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, in particular the responder and the manager himself. It was stated that pets are allowed although this is not the case. Despite everything, the people in charge allowed me to keep my animal otherwise I would be on the street after more than 5 hours of driving. Thank you to Trip.com for kindly correcting the information transmitted to the hotel so that other customers do not experience unpleasant situations as could have been the case for me if the staff had not had this humanist background and understanding. Thank you again, cordially. A client who recommends this hotel for all the charm that makes it up, both professionally and for its atypical and truly beautiful style right in the center 👌🏼🙂

No water in toilet (it's completely western style)
No Qibla direction
No prayer mat
Usually in everywhere someone asks if we need help with luggage , here you go and take care of yourself 😆
They have different systems for naming each level , so it's like ABCD... floor before starting 1-8 , it's confusing

SidlaoshiI'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.

Guest UserI used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance.
There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us.
Other services were fine.
For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.

I loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law.
The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
