"We stayed for one night. The hotel has everything you need if you're just staying for the weekend. It's clean, the bathroom is spacious enough, and the bed is comfortable. The only downside is the parking; there are spaces out front, but they're poorly laid out, and depending on who parks next to you, it can be a hit or miss. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about."

"The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's right near the stadium entrance, in a spacious and quiet area. The hotel facilities are good, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is poor; one wall is made of transparent glass, making it very bright. On the second night, around 1:56 AM, the entire wall of electric roller blinds opened by themselves, letting in light from the opposite side of the room. The loud noise of the blinds woke me up; I thought someone had entered the room.
When I booked, I saw that room cleaning wasn't included, but what bothered me was that not only was the room not cleaned, but even the provided supplies like water, toilet paper, and coffee weren't replenished. Breakfast was also very basic.
The sauna was a plus; there were two rooms, one high-temperature and one even higher. It was spacious and bright, which I liked. However, in the higher-temperature sauna, there was a large, unwashed stain on the wooden wall, which I could see in the photos (it looked like someone had diarrhea; the technique was very advanced to make it so high). There was also something similar on the opposite wall, along with a large handprint."

"Overall, everything was great; the price-quality ratio was acceptable.
We were unhappy with the bed – it wasn't a double bed, but two singles that kept sliding apart, making it impossible for two people to sleep next to each other.
There were also some issues with breakfast – we arrived at 9:00 a.m., and breakfast wasn't served until 11:00 a.m., and after everyone had eaten everything that morning, nothing more was added. You had to ask for eggs, so the lady would boil them and serve them. The juice ran out, and it never came. The only hot food available was boiled eggs; there were no omelets or sausages, or any other choice at all."

"Der Roomaccess ging problemlos. Schönes Apartment mit Küchenzeile, und geräumigen Wohnraum und Badezimmer. Kritikpunkte, es könnte mal neu gestrichen werden und wenn man duscht ist das ganze Badezimmer nass da der Duschvorhqng das Wasser nicht komplett abfängt. Alles im allen ein gutes Zimmer welches man ohne Bedenken buchen kann wenn der Preis stimmt"

"We stayed in room 232. It was a triple room. It was a bit old. There were dirty diapers in the trash can, and other trash as well. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean. Apart from that, the floors and other areas were very dirty. The door wasn't locked. It wasn't clear who had come and gone before us. Since we checked in late at night, we wanted to go to sleep immediately and didn't request a room change. The breakfast was very good, so we didn't complain to the hotel about that either."

"To be honest, the price of less than 400 can't be asked too much. Overall, it is quite satisfactory, clean and tidy. It is convenient to drive and parking, opposite the supermarket gas station. The only downside is that the webpage has a German version, which looks so troublesome. Self-check-in on the webpage is quite convenient. I hope to promote it a lot, the price is cheap and affordable, and cleanliness is the most important thing."

Location is good in order to reach the Messe in Duesseldorf and with good price. Parking was crowded but you can find in the area at walking distance.
Rooms are nice, Breakfast is simple but complete, good tasty bread, no cakes or croissants. Maybe some fresh ham could be added or a variety of yogurts.
Reception is not always open but you can check in late or check out early, just inform them.
Staff is very nice, ready to listen and doing the very best to assist.
The are restaurants at walking distance and you can reach the city center, old town, in 10 minutes by car.
