"There is a chinese / asian receptionist that attended to us around 8pm on 18 Dec when we were checking in. We thought he was particularly rude in his expressions and sentences and has a condescending tone. "The hostel was near the station, which is good especially when you have luggage. "The room and bathroom of this hotel are not big but sufficient. The room is bright with two large windows, but the large windows are not soundproof. The hotel is very noisy on the street, and the sound of passing cars is huge. We checked in on the weekend. The street pub and passers-by downstairs were noisy all night and did not stop until 6 o'clock in the morning. I wanted to give a bad review, but the breakfast was quite rich, with many varieties and exquisite. I felt that the person in charge of the restaurant was very meticulous and attentive. The tea bar has barrels of British tea, and the cups, tea strainers, and teaspoons are very exquisite. There are many varieties of side dishes, and it feels attentive. I give a medium review in this regard."

The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2"

SSeyed AhadGood hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me.

YYeziThe hotel is in a good location, on the edge of the Yaqi Cathedral Scenic Area, not on the most lively street, but very close to the center. The hotel is very clean and the price is very high. There is a bar on the top floor that has a very good view and you can see the entire Yaqi skyline. Ten minutes away from the hotel, there is a Chinese restaurant called Lao Yan taste, very delicious, affordable, large amount. It is recommended to book in advance, their business is good, and the meal has to wait.

MmezzomixThe location is still quite good. You can walk or take the bus quickly from the train station. Opposite the Opera Theatre Theatre Post Office, there is dm nearby, and there is a supermarket and Media markt selling electronic products. There are several bars on this side of the hotel. It is also very convenient to go to church or pedestrian street or bushof from here. The room was a bit small, but enough, enough to enlarge the suitcase and clothes. Clean and clean. The bar downstairs is very large and the price of a cup of tea is OK. I hope the hotel will continue to stay here next time I return to AC.

A family of three (12-year-old child) checked in but no extra bed was provided, so we could only book two rooms. This was incomprehensible. My husband stayed in the room because of his injured foot. We were asked to check out three times before 12 o'clock. The cleaner also ignored the people in the room and started cleaning on his own. It felt like we were being kicked out. I hope they can be more humane in the future.

GGuest UserThe Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

CCzyouzhoukeThe room was very clean and tidy. Although the European hotel was a bit small, the room was fully functional and clean. Because it was late at night, the hotel staff was off work at night. The hotel sent an email in advance to explain how to get the key and how to enter the room in detail. I checked in smoothly at 11:30 in the evening. The breakfast is also very good, there are many things to eat and taste good. The hotel is near the train station, it is very convenient to travel, and will choose to stay in the future.

But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day).
On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem).
I am sure the reception passed the problem on...
and then... ignored it!
Please fix the problem with the code not working!
People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night...

AAnonymous UserAt 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, someone suddenly spoke at the window at three o'clock, especially clear and loud. I thought there was a thief, so I didn't dare to sleep all night. Later, I thought that someone upstairs or downstairs might open the window to talk or smoke, or else it would be the hell. Also, the parking fee is 18 euros, not 9 euros, a day. And the elevator from the underground parking lot to the front desk of the hotel was broken, and the box was too hard.
