"Spent a very peaceful night due to a layover. The hotel is a 5 minute drive away from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We had quite a late check-in, and that was no issue. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Points for improvement: the water pressure in the shower was very weak, and there were tea bags missing. Apart from these two minor details, I would recommend."

"The room size is medium and on the side of the side. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the delicious hand grab hotel. The parking lot is very convenient. The lobby is comfortable. The hotel service is also great. It also helped us cut the cantaloupe to the room. The brand of Jinjiang can still be trusted. The only thing to point out is the continuous rainstorm. Causes the water quality of the whole city to be turbid. Can the hotel inform customers in advance to prepare?"

"This stay experience really exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and I sleep until dawn. "I wasn't going to write a review, but something new happened that made me feel I should share my objective experience. The external environment was quite nice; it was just a minute or two's walk to the park next door. However, the facilities were rather old, and the hygiene wasn't great—the white towels were visibly black. The service was extremely unprofessional. Because of traffic, we arrived at the hotel very late. There was no one at the front desk, and no signs indicating how to find someone; we had to shout in the lobby late at night. After check-in, they didn't tell us where or what time breakfast was served. I did ask about breakfast time, but because we arrived so late, my alarm didn't go off. When I woke up, it was already the latest breakfast time, so I rushed downstairs to ask where breakfast was. They told us it was on the 3rd floor, actually right next to our room. Upstairs, two staff members were eating. They told us they had already cleared it out and to come back earlier the next day. When we booked the room, the price without breakfast was 226, and the price with two breakfasts was 272. I glanced at the price; it was only slightly cheaper than buying breakfast separately. I tried asking if I could get a refund for the breakfast voucher, but was told no. Since I missed the designated time, this was acceptable. However, the breakfast time of 7:30-8:40 AM is shorter and earlier than many hotels, something I wouldn't have noticed when booking. The breakfast voucher also didn't show the restaurant location. It was collected cleanly right before the designated time, which was unpleasant but acceptable. However, not informing guests of the restaurant location and breakfast time felt very unprofessional. We checked out before noon. When I checked into another hotel around 5 PM, I was told that because the previous hotel hadn't exited the public security system, they couldn't record it. I had to call back to resolve the issue. This is the first time I've encountered this in all my hotel stays, and it's extremely unprofessional. My overall experience was very poor."

"The hotel facilities look quite new, but there are several places that really affect the experience. 1. The bathroom is too bad to take a bath. The floor drain is particularly slow. If the door is closed, the water will overflow directly, and the whole toilet area will be wet. When you leave, you are afraid of slipping. 2. The bed has wheels, and it slips when it moves. When I sleep, I always feel that the bed is moving and there is no sense of security. 3. The pillow is too high, a lot higher than the remote control, and the neck is sour after sleeping for one night, which is really not friendly to the cervical spine. I hope to improve these details."

"A newly opened chain hotel in the old city of Yumen. The last time I came to Yumen for photography in 2016, this hotel did not exist. Old Yumen has become more popular in recent years. The hotel facilities are very new, standardized, and intelligent. The rooms are large. It is close to the market and the station. The floor heating is sufficient. The front desk service is quite satisfactory. In the northwest, the service awareness cannot be too high. I stayed for three days and the invoice amount was omitted."

"The room is quite spacious and sleeps quietly at night. There is food downstairs in the hotel, and I am too lazy to go far to eat late. I just eat something downstairs. It seems that there is an underground parking lot, but it was more convenient to park in a roadside parking space at that time."

"What a fabulous hotel. The room was simple and elegant, spotlessly clean and has excellent facilities. I especially liked the large cups and very comfortable bed. The staff at reception were very welcoming and service first class. Breakfast too was a delight. Special mention mention must go to Wu Ming for all his assistance. The restaurant next door is also excellent - one of my best meals so far in China, kindly curated by Wu Ming. HanTing Hotels are so good; I am staying in another one tonight in a different city!"
