"My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I must write a positive review. The room was impeccably clean, with a spotless floor and table, a dry and odor-free bathroom, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. It was a wonderfully comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The most heartwarming aspect was the attentive service from Xiao Qin at the front desk. He was incredibly attentive and meticulous throughout the process. During check-in, he was gentle and patiently explained the surrounding amenities and directions, answering all my questions with great care. Knowing I was traveling alone for business, he thoughtfully provided me with fresh fruit; the refreshing fruit platter was a welcome touch, a small detail that showed his sincerity. For any daily needs, Xiao Qin responded promptly and handled everything efficiently and reliably. The check-out process was simple and efficient, without any unnecessary steps.
The environment is quiet and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the price is excellent. The meticulous service made my trip much less tiring, and such a warm and welcoming accommodation experience is rare. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this area for business."
