"This was a fantastic place to stay. I was very impressed with both the room and the service. The room was clean, the bed, pillows, and blankets were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The owner provided excellent service from the moment I arrived, giving me recommendations for places to visit the next day. They even had toys for my son. The owner brought them to the room and gave me great advice throughout the stay. The next day, when I went to the national park, the owner helped me buy tickets and took me to the bus. My father couldn't go to the park with me, so the owner let him wait at the hotel, gave him a room to rest in for free, and even provided him with free food."

"Being non- Chinese, Yimei Light Luxury Hotel was a bit challenging for me to find, but once I called the posted number, Mr. Wu immediately came to pick me up. The hotel location is pretty good, right smack in the middle of Anshan Town - therefore, everything is within 2-5 minutes in all directions - restaurants, bus stop, live music, ticketing center, coffee shops.
The hotel is run by a lovely couple and their 2 kids. The room i had was clean, and everything was in great condition. Toiletries amenities were provided.
When I mentioned I was looking for an interpreter to walk around with, WZY, their teen daughter, volunteered. Having her help me navigate crowds and queues made my trip so much smoother. Ms. Zhao even gave me a ride to catch the cable car up the mountain to help me save some time, while Mr Wu arranged for a rightly priced private car for my trip back to Zhengzhou. Oh, and their little boy always had a welcoming smile every time I saw him. He is such a charmer!
The personal touch that my hosts provided truly made my trip to Yuntaishan much more special."

"The hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee."

"It is a very good homestay in Wujiatai Service Area. The owner built the hotel in his own house. The decoration standard is high and the overall layout is very good. There are many flowers at the door. The lobby on the first floor is spacious where you can drink tea and have a meal. The owner and his wife are very hospitable. You can dine in the store. The owner cooks by himself and the dishes are good, especially the chicken stewed with yam on iron stick, and the seasonal vegetables in the village are very fresh. It was the first time I ate such delicious yam. When I left, I asked the owner to buy ten kilograms to take with me. Thank you, boss. I will recommend them to my friends when they come to visit in the future. I also wish you better business."

"Super close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub."

The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)"

We have a special thanks to the hotel service for this trip. The children suddenly had a high fever at night. The hotel specially arranged a car to send to the emergency room. "Travelling as a mandarin speaking foreigner. If you are able to converse in mandarin, want to stay near to Yuntai Mountain and still be relatively connected to other attractions like Baoquan scenic area, this is for you. Hotel was clean and spacious, it also has a water dispenser with different temperature settings. The hotel is pretty much a one-man show but the boss is extremely accommodating and helpful. He even offers to drive and pick up guests to/from nearby attractions like Yuntai and Baoquan, which is a game changer. Especially if you are worried about staying too far away from Yuntai, it's only a few minutes drive away from the hotel to the main parking lot at Yuntai. Simply give him a call or message on WeChat.
The only down side is that the village in Sha Qiang Cun does not really have many options to eat, but there are quite a few restaurants down the street if you aren't picky.
Otherwise, enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to foreign guests!"

I initially booked a homestay within the scenic area when I was traveling to Yuntaishan. However, upon arrival, I was underwhelmed by the room and surroundings. I searched for nearby chain hotels and found the All Seasons in Xiuwu to be the closest to the scenic area. Even though it was late, I decided to go anyway, as rest is crucial during a trip. I was completely satisfied. The front desk arranged a quiet room as requested, which completely washed away the day's fatigue. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting nearby.

The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

GGuest UserI decided to come to Yuntai Mountain for a while, and didn't book a hotel in the shore service area. I came here after reading the reviews. I didn't expect to be very pleasantly surprised! The hotel facilities are very new, and it can be seen that it is a 4-star standard. The room is very clean and atmospheric, and the nightgown looks very clean. The point is that it is very convenient to drive from the scenic spot. The underground parking lot is much more comfortable. I had supper and snacks and also talked about the strategy of Yuntai Mountain. I will come again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe biggest problem with your hotel is the service. There is no breakfast at 8:55 in the morning. In fact, it is no problem to cook a few more eggs during the peak season. We didn't go late and there was basically no food! If the service can't keep up, it will definitely not be a good hotel! The girl at the front desk is better and gives people a comfortable feeling
