"Entering the hotel, from the entrance to the reception, is all love to answer, the front desk is not active, say hello. Even if the guest asks about the check-in, he waited for a while, entered the front desk, busy his own things, and explained things to colleagues, and did not put customer first. If it is a family hotel, this is normal. The gap with the four or five-star hotel I have contacted before is really bad. Check-in, no guidance for the customer to take the elevator location, after the second inquiry, only to inform.
