This is a hotel that I want to live in, and it is more like home. A much needed weekend staycation in Hainan.
Hotel is in a gorgeous location - set in the tropical rainforest. Very large grounds.
Helpful and accommodating staff.
Bath tubs and heated blankets for the cooler months.
We had a fantastic guide who took us on a walk just outside of the hotel and into the rainforest. You can do a shorter loop or you can continue up and up and up lots of stairs- it is a good workout. The path is not 100percent complete / or not open right at the top so we went to a little door and back down again. I very much enjoyed this walk. Our helpful guide provided with walking sticks and helped with photo opportunities. After the the walk he showed us a a temple and gallery located in the hotel’s grounds. The gallery kindly provided us with our very own tea ceremony and the views from the small room of the mountain was lovely.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. The rooms are large, light and have an excellent balcony with comfortable seating. The grounds are lovely. Unfortunately there a few opportunities to sit down and admire the scenery, some loungers might be a good idea. The breakfast is ample, everything is clean.There is buggy that takes guests to the nearly village , a 10-minute walk away. However getting taxis to go the mountain or Sanya is rather difficult. Luckily the lovely , English-speaking, reception staff helped out.

It was my first time to go rafting in Wuzhi Mountain. I searched for a smart hotel in Wuzhi Mountain on Ctrip. The hotel room facilities were new and good, and the Tmall Genie in the room was also convenient to use. I rafted to the hotel and slept until the evening. A very cost-effective hotel with very good service. The bedding is as clean and dry as the All Seasons, better than the Sanya Jinmao Hilton Hotel. Above is the guest room area with a unique small garden. The rooms are clean, tidy and well-maintained. You can overlook Wuzhishan Mountain from the window. The scenery is very good and meets the standards of a B&B! There is also a very unique tea room next to the garden, which is definitely a favorite for tea lovers.
Breakfast is very ordinary, traditional Chinese pasta, porridge, side dishes, etc., nothing wrong.
There are many restaurants in the town, with farmhouse tastes and hygienic standards at roadside shops. What’s interesting is that the pace of life here is very different from that in the city. The hotel environment is first-class. As you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by luxurious chandeliers, shiny marble floors, and vibrant green plants that exude a fresh scent. The room is exquisitely decorated, and the warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. The beautiful city view outside the window makes people feel particularly comfortable.
The service was impeccable. All the staff were smiling, polite and considerate. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was efficient and enthusiastic, and took the initiative to introduce me to the surrounding attractions and food. If you have any needs during your stay, just make a phone call and someone will come to you right away. When I checked out, the concierge helped me carry my luggage and sent me to the car.
Hygiene is reassuring. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed sheets and quilt covers were changed after each guest, they were as white as snow and had no odor. The toilet, shower and other facilities in the bathroom are very clean and there is no need to worry about hygiene issues.

If you want to climb the mountain to the protected area, you can’t get on the wooden plank road at the end of 1280. If you want to go to the main peak, you need a dirt road. However, there are still some people who are enthusiastic and still get in through the broken net. Remind that if you can't get down to the plank road before four o'clock, it's easy to get lost.
