"The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the river with beautiful river views from the rooms. You step out directly opposite the night market, and Goddess Avenue is just to the left. The rooms are spacious and very pet-friendly. Both the front desk staff and housekeepers were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, and the noodles were particularly delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wushan to see the red leaves. Five stars!"

"Gorgeous, cozy hotel located right on the Three Gorges Dragon Ridge trail. If you enjoy hiking and want an early start this is the place - no other accommodations match the location. Beds are comfortable, shower is hot, and the amenities are excellent. They even provided free soda and fruits in the room. The free Chinese style breakfast is a la carte, delicious, and generously portioned.
Note that due to the location, there are no other shops or restaurants nearby. The hotel has a restaurant on-site with stir fried dishes, noodles, wontons, etc. If you want anything else, you will need to go down into town or order delivery.
Entrance to the scenic area is restricted so you'll need to give your taxi driver (and if needed, delivery) the hotel's phone number so they can get access. This also means that the location is calm and peaceful. A perfect retreat in the clouds."

"The Vienna Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Wushan, immediately adjacent to a mid-level access landing to the 'Goddess' escalator and a short distance from the main museum. However, the hotel has no external signage in English, and so being able to recognise the Chinese characters of the name is desirable as access to the hotel is via a lift on the reverse side of the building (i.e. in a small plaza and a non-descript elevator lobby). The hotel itself is well-appointed, with friendly and helpful staff, and a generous breakfast buffet. I would not necessarily recommend a bedroom with a window on to the internal access void as the security light remained on throughout the night and was bright enough to disrupt sleep despite the curtains. In every other respect, however, the hotel was a very satisfactory base from which to explore the city and its many places of interest."

"This hotel is the absolute best in Wushan! It offers unparalleled first-class river views, and the new Chinese-style decor is both upscale and elegant, full of Eastern aesthetics. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. You can enjoy the scenery of the Yangtze River Three Gorges right from your balcony. The overall service was meticulous and heartwarming; they even opened the restaurant half an hour early for us when they saw we hadn't eaten lunch upon check-in – so thoughtful and caring! The location in the new district is relatively quiet, yet very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Highly recommended!"

"The environment is good. I asked and the hotel was newly renovated last year, so the facilities are all new. The windows are large, and I saw that one floor even has a balcony. They are not the kind of corridor windows or dark windows, so the rooms are well lit. Shopping and getting around are very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful and has a wide variety. Eve at the front desk is very enthusiastic and resolved a small problem on the spot. The room is equipped with smart devices. In winter, if you really don't want to get out of bed, you can just turn off the lights by speaking."

"Wyndham is one of the newer big hotels in Wushan County, and I personally feel that chain brands generally guarantee good service and environment. The hotel is located in the new town, where the surroundings are less crowded than the old town, yet still convenient for dining and other amenities. It's not far from the Lesser Three Gorges pier in the old town, and taking a stroll along the riverside is very pleasant. The young lady at the front desk provided excellent service; her soft-spoken manner was truly refreshing. Breakfast was decent; perhaps because I don't eat much, I felt there was still plenty to choose from, especially the pea noodles. In Chongqing, they serve the thin noodles I prefer, which I was very happy about."

Of course, the most pleasant surprise is that the front desk actually has a hair circle. When the hair circle can't find the hair circle, it is like a savior. The hotel is still very thoughtful about this.
The hotel is right by the river, and the view is invincible. Of course, the trouble caused at the same time is that the road is downstairs. The sound of cars coming and going at night, even in the early morning, people who don’t sleep well have to be cautious."

Trip.com Yishuilou Hotel found on the parking lot was warmly greeted from the parking, and the magical elevator from the lobby on the first floor became the fifth floor! The parent-child suite room is spacious and has an invincible view! Especially suitable for families with children! The pool is clean and bright, the restaurant is elegant and quiet, the service is thoughtful and warm, and the dishes are delicious! The dinner is delicious and the portion is large! The breakfast is exquisite and nutritious! The front desk lady recommended the surrounding attractions and food and bought the small Three Gorges ferry tickets for the discount generation! GGuest UserRoom: It has a sense of design, and all kinds of supplies and facilities are complete and of high quality. The most important thing is that the floor-to-ceiling windows are large and clean, and the view outside the window is very beautiful. You can see the scenery while lying on the bed.
Outdoor environment: The view is very wide, and the scenery is comparable to that of a scenic spot. The hotel and various artificial landscapes are naturally integrated with the natural landscape. There is a sense of literature and art, which is suitable for taking pictures and sitting down with coffee and tea.
Service: In summary, it is very humane. The staff will contact you from the day before check-in, which is quite considerate. You can directly ask for advice and help, or chat, and they will take the initiative to serve.
Meals: Because of the special location, you usually won’t go out when you check in, so you will most likely eat in the hotel. Because I checked in late that day, I didn’t have dinner and only had breakfast the next day. Breakfast is free, you can order and add dishes, as long as you don’t waste it. The taste is much better than the appearance, and it is not bad.
Others: The coffee view is very good, suitable for checking in and taking pictures, but the barista didn’t go to work in the morning, so I don’t know how the product is. There is a tree in front of the window in each room, and the room is named after it. The swimming pool is relatively small and can only be used for playing. The location is very remote and the road is difficult to walk. It is best to park the car in the parking lot and let the hotel driver pick it up.
Summary: It is worth the price and a good experience. Instead of squeezing in the crowded scenic area, it is better to have this moment that belongs only to you. I will

What I particularly liked was the strong water pressure in the shower – perfect for a relaxing soak after hiking Wushan Xiaolongji. The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Goddess Escalator, which looks stunning at night with all the lights, definitely worth seeing! The breakfast had a good variety, and the noodles were delicious. Even if you went later, the food was still hot. Very good indeed! 👍

GGuest UserWushan in August is incredibly hot; stepping outside feels like stepping into a sauna! However, the hotel was very cool, and the air conditioning was excellent!
The cleanliness was also very good, the mattresses were comfortable, and bottled water was plentiful! The laundry room is on the third floor; it gets quite crowded in the evenings, but you can still use it if you check the schedule.
The hotel's location is very convenient; shopping and dining are easy to find nearby. There's a large supermarket within a few hundred meters. I recommend the nearby Zizai Fish restaurant (it's only a short taxi ride away), we ate there two days in a row!

GGuest UserIt was very cold on the day of check-in, but thankfully the room heating and hot water for the shower were excellent, and the bathroom even had a heater – fantastic!
We booked a stilted house, which allowed us to enter from the Shennv Scenic Area parking lot, saving us the trouble of carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, it was foggy and raining, so we wasted the small balcony.
The courtyard was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Lesser Three Gorges Visitor Center, just a few minutes' walk from the scenic area, avoiding the morning rush hour crowds. The river-view rooms offer breathtaking views of the mountains ablaze with red leaves against the backdrop of the clear blue river. Waking up in the morning, sitting on the balcony, enjoying the river breeze, and watching the sunrise was a truly uplifting experience. The room details were also incredibly thoughtful. The bedding was so soft and comfortable I slept soundly, and the bathroom fixtures were spotless, not a single water stain. The front desk staff were impeccable; they proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival, check-in was incredibly fast, and they even recommended less crowded and scenic spots for viewing the autumn leaves, pointing out the best grilled fish restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, served until noon! This hotel is truly a gem; my stay was absolutely wonderful, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wushan! I'll also highly recommend it to my friends.

The rooms are all on the same floor, one floor below the street, and they are clean and hygienic. It is within walking distance of the Xiaosanxia Pier. The service at the front desk needs to be improved. Ctrip said that the room provides bottled water, but the store said that there is no bottled water (I saw a pile of bottled water in the front desk room). There is no image on the TV in the room. I told the front desk and they promised to solve it, but no one came.
