In less than 5 minutes, their manager came to our door in person to ask about our concern and made us feel very comfortable. The manager is also from the mainland. It was too late and he didn’t want to go to the hospital. As a result, they drove out in person to buy anti-diarrhea and stomach medicine for us without asking for money. It was so heartwarming.
