Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)"

"My trip to the Freedom Mountain B&B completely overturned my preconceived notions about B&Bs—it boasted amenities comparable to high-end hotels, yet it also offered a warmth and surprise rarely found in hotels. The B&B's modern décor was simple yet sophisticated. Upon entering the room, I was immediately drawn to the floor-to-ceiling window. Drawing back the curtains revealed an unobstructed panorama of scenery, the expansive view instantly soothing my soul. Whether it was the morning mist or the evening glow, everything became a beautiful ”dynamic decorative painting” in the room. Even more reassuring was the pristine condition of the bedding and towels—clean, comfortable, and perfect for relieving the day's fatigue. This thoughtful touch surpassed that of many hotels. The most unexpected bonus was the S101 National Defense Highway tour arranged by the B&B on the second day of my stay. A professional guide led us through the scenic beauty along the way. The grasslands, canyons, and Danxia landforms hidden beside the road gained even more charm with the guide's explanations. No need to painstakingly plan your trip; just follow the trail and you'll capture the most stunning scenery. This ”nanny-level” experience is a huge plus. If comfortable facilities are the foundation, then this unexpectedly excellent service is the icing on the cake. Free Mountain B&B is no longer just a simple ”stopover,” but a travel companion that allows you to truly slow down and enjoy your trip. Next time, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

The facilities are new and the overall hygiene is spotless, but there's still a noticeable odor due to the new decor, which I hope you'll address. The B&B has a unique design, and the lounge is beautiful. Playing the piano and sipping coffee here would surely be quite relaxing. The staff are new, and the service is acceptable. More proactive service, more standardized procedures, and a more welcoming feel are needed. "The location and environment are excellent. However, if you're particular about cleanliness, this isn't for you… The room had an odor, especially the bathroom, which was quite smelly. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and the flow rate was unpredictable. There was practically no service. Breakfast didn't start until 10:30, and we left without eating."

"Our stay at Maowo Inn was a pleasant surprise, prompted by our trip to Urumqi Silk Road International Ski Resort in Xinjiang with our child. Although it's an inn, it's designed and equipped like a hotel. Our 4-day, 3-night stay exceeded our expectations. **Service:** First and foremost, we were deeply touched by the warm, friendly, and sincere hospitality of the owner and his wife. The owner's wife, in particular, was very personable. Any questions we had were promptly answered and resolved. During check-in, she patiently explained the room temperature (offering extra blankets if it felt cold at night), how to preheat the electric water heater and its usage tips, and the shuttle service to the ski resort. Our large luggage was brought up by a lift and carried to our room, making us feel like family. **Facilities:** The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with a TV, floor heating, an electric water heater, and a luggage lift. The heating was ample and comfortable, and hot water was available all day. During the day, the sunlight streaming through the window made the room bright and warm. The view outside the window was beautiful, offering sights of Aiwenda Road, Feichangdao, and Xuanzangdao. At night, the twinkling lights of Aiwenda Road were especially captivating, which was why we chose a scenic twin room. Additionally, my child loved the corridor design, reminiscent of scenes from Harry Potter movies, and the environment was quiet. **Hygiene:** The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. On our first day, the owner let us choose between two rooms, and we picked the one with a tatami bed, mainly drawn by the carpet with Xinjiang elements. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was not included when we booked online, but upon arrival, the owner surprised us with free breakfast vouchers. Breakfast offered milk tea, boiled eggs, millet (or corn) and red date porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried dishes, and cold salads. It was simple yet energizing, meeting our basic needs. **Location:** The inn is very close to the ski resort. The visitor center is divided into East and West zones, and it's convenient whether you drive or walk. When we visited, the East zone was open, and the inn provided a shuttle service, taking about 5-6 minutes by car or 10-odd minutes on foot. Although the West zone wasn't open, it would be about a 5-minute walk. While the child was skiing, adults could enjoy a walk, soak up the sun, breathe fresh air, and get some exercise. Upon leaving, the owner kindly helped us with our luggage downstairs. Many thanks! We'll definitely stay at Maowo Inn again if we have the chance."
