The room was exceptionally clean and the mattress was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The overall cleanliness and room ambience truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really stood out. The most surprising and heartwarming part of my stay was that the hotel provided me with free breakfast and dinner. On one of the days, I was very hungry and didn’t know where to go for dinner, but the staff kindly arranged a complimentary meal for me. I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, great comfort, and sincere hospitality. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area. "The hotel staff was very welcoming, with assistance with luggage and quick check-in. It's just off the highway, and nearby are the Sifangshan Botanical Garden and large supermarkets. The front desk staff recommended the local breakfast, Physalis noodles, which were delicious. The room was clean, with separate wet and dry areas. The gym, swimming pool, and laundry room on the second floor were very convenient. The value for money was excellent. Xiao Wu was especially friendly, and parking was convenient. My children loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again during the Spring Festival."

GGuest UserThis hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot! We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours. This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location. 这家民宿真的非常舒服！房间干净崭新，设计得美观，贴心，让我们都想退休后住进这样的房子里！房东是一家人，非常热情好客、乐于助人又亲切，让我们感觉像在家一样自在。那位健壮的叔叔还坚持帮我们把行李扛上山，一路陪我们走到景区呢. 我们也很享受他们家的早餐——很新鲜，种类足够让我们撑上好几个小时。这里的位置离上山巴士站入口很近（私家车和出租车不允许上山），如果想在山上多玩会儿，选这里准没错！

GGuest UserI loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station. The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus. I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.

The second time, the bus stops at Figure 3, which is closer to the hiking direction of Nanyan Palace. Anyway, it's not far, and it only takes a few minutes to walk. Facilities: 24-hour hot water, books in the room. You can order dishes on the first floor, the price is reasonable, 20-30, 30-40, it's up to you (compared to the prices of restaurants in Qiongtai, Nanyan is very conscientious) You can order noodles for breakfast, which are cooked on the spot, but they are salty. Service: The boss lady is very good, she will tell you how to take the route, and also introduce the nearby Prince Cave within walking distance. Overall full marks!

It is located in the city center, and it is convenient for eating and shopping around. Walking into the lobby, the decoration style is elegant and atmospheric, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling instantly. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is very warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it smells especially good when sleeping. The service attitude of the hotel staff is particularly good. From the warm reception at the front desk to the smiling greetings of the cleaning aunt when meeting, it makes people feel very warm. And if there is any need, the staff can respond and solve it in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is good, which can meet different taste needs. In short, this stay at the Vienna Hotel is full of experience. I will choose here when I come to Shiyan in the future. I strongly recommend it to everyone!
