The staff seemed a bit annoyed when we asked them to collect the towels, perhaps because we took them to the Butou Hot Spring and brought them back, and our child accidentally dropped some on the floor and got them dirty. Because our child was going to the theme park in the afternoon, one of the three rooms was booked for extended stays, which had to be strictly adhered to for three hours, lacking flexibility. Check-out was at 2 PM + 3 hours until 5 PM, and we couldn't agree on extending to 6 PM."
