I'm really curious, mothers who live here don't worry about the mixed flow of people coming and going? No one reminded me whether I needed to register my license plate when I checked out. Since most of the people staying in the hotel are tourists, they will drive here. Don't they have any experience in this service? Let's talk about the room: there are no baby supplies (slippers, toothbrushes)! There is no clothes basket to put used bath towels! ! The air conditioner in the room is loud and cold. It was set to 26 degrees before going to bed, and it was 24 degrees in the room overnight!"

I suggest the hotel management visit the Greentown Hotel in Qiandao Lake to learn what good service is all about. But then again, if this hotel is a dominant player in the local area and doesn't lack guests, then just disregard my comments. I originally booked for two nights, but ended up canceling the second night after breakfast on the first day. All in all, extremely disappointing! Service: Very poor"
