All aspects are OK, I heard it is the best hotel in Qinzhou. The only bad thing was that the air conditioning was supposed to be central air conditioning, and it was humid those days, so the air conditioning could only adjust the fan size at best, which didn't feel very good. Also, after I left, the front desk called to say that their hair dryer was broken. I thought it had fallen to the ground or hit the sink and cracked when I left, but it turned out to be deformed. Maybe the hotel thinks everyone is Popeye and can deform hard plastic. In addition, the hotel really needs to replace the hair dryer, as the clips between the handle and the dryer no longer snap in place.

The room is very spacious, clean and tidy. The front desk service is warm and the room lady is polite. The room is on a high floor with a very good view. Mainly because the front desk lady and the customer service aunt are really warm, I packed the takeaway and forgot to take the tableware to ask the front desk if there is any, she said no. I said I would find a way by myself. Miss sister said, you are tired before you eat so late, I will ask my colleagues, they should have. Then the customer service aunt sent me, and also said very kindly: is the meal cold? Or I will find you a microwave oven to heat up.
I feel that it is really safe to go out and find such a hotel.

GGuest UserFor the third trip in March, we chose Qinzhou, and for the third accommodation, we chose Yaster Xiliwan, which is close to the sea. As it turned out, it was the right choice. Service: When traveling with a pet, we communicated with the hotel in advance, which was efficient and effective. The invoice is also issued very quickly. It is indeed a company with advanced management and high-quality staff.
Facilities: The room is very large, very suitable for family travel, and a blanket is laid out for the dog to sleep on the floor. The room is very new, there is no peculiar smell, and it is a smart room, which is very comfortable as soon as you enter the door. The standard configuration of Yaster includes a sofa and a small round table, which is very friendly for people who have to travel and work overtime. The bedding is actually in a dark pattern of ocean style, I love it so much, with seagulls and sailboats, it’s a pleasant surprise.
Hygiene: The sink and shower were sparkling clean, the water outlet in the bathroom was not blocked and it was very clean.
Meals: The room rate does not include breakfast. There are various noodle shops on the right hand side of the door. We chose Hongyang raw material noodles. They weigh pork offal and seafood and cook them by weight. You can cook noodles, rice noodles, and porridge. It’s pretty good. For dinner, we drove around and ate wherever we wanted.
Geographical location: It is located between Xili Bay and Sanniang Bay, and is also close to Wulei Village. It has a superior geographical location.
I have two small suggestions: 1. Install a shock absorber behind the front door. It's heartbreaking to see the door dent the wall. 2. The bathroom space is large, and a row of hooks can be installed on the wall facing the toilet to hang clothes.

GGuest UserHotel facilities are too understanding of the needs of guests! Air conditioning, lighting is too in place, hot water is out in seconds, too powerful. The sink is equipped with a magnifying glass, which is super friendly to girls' makeup. The 24-hour self-service laundry room is clean and tidy, washing machines and dryers are all big brands, and ironing equipment. The floor is high, the view is excellent, the night view is super beautiful, and it is a blockbuster when you take a shot. Come back next time!

Actually at a small hotel it should be better as there are not so many staff nor rooms to manage and should there be more time to give attention to cleanliness and condition of bedding.

2. Hotel facilities are basically complete except for the lack of TV/cast screen.
3. Because there are fewer people in the off-season, I feel that the waiters are nervous. It is more troublesome to carry luggage without elevators on the 5th floor.
4. The overall hygiene is OK, and there is a little bit of garbage in the sofa area that is not disturbed.
