However, after checking out, the hotel called me and said that we had soiled the pillows and needed to pay a cleaning fee. I found this very strange; we only slept one night and didn't even spill any pillows on the floor. How could it be so dirty that we needed to pay a cleaning fee? I asked her to add me on WeChat and send me pictures, and the pillows were covered in mold. I was really angry. Later, the staff apologized, but I still felt uncomfortable. How could such hygiene problems occur in an InterContinental hotel?"

"Three families traveled to Guizhou and stayed one night in Qinglong. It turned out to be the most satisfying hotel we booked during the entire trip. The facilities were new, and the beds and bathroom were very clean. The beds were also exceptionally large, and the elderly and children slept very well. I'm especially grateful to the hotel front desk for their thoughtfulness in arranging for us to be on the same floor as the children and elderly during peak tourist season, making it easier to take care of them. The weather in Guizhou was very cool, and the hotel environment was very comfortable. I will definitely come back."

There's also a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, making laundry very convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, professional, and patient. They even provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a fantastic selection – we wanted to try everything!"

I thought I would be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist checked me in quickly and provided friendly service.
