Also, I had to get up early to catch the boat, and I forgot my pearl necklace at the hotel, unable to return to the hotel at sea. The front desk and service staff worked from 6:50 AM to 10 AM to help me find it and send it to the hotel. Absolutely amazing! A huge thumbs up to New Century Grand Hotel! 👍"

"To be honest, it's too bad Facilities: The light switch is broken and cannot be turned off. It has been on all night and I cannot sleep. The curtains have fallen down and no one has repaired them. The room's main color scheme is natural wood, very simple, and there's a subtle tea scent as soon as you enter, which is very calming. I also really like the tea fragrance in their aromatherapy system; it's very relaxing. The front desk and room service staff are all very nice, with gentle tone and always ready to help. If I needed something, they delivered it quickly, which I'm very grateful for. They even gave me a souvenir when I left, and a car air freshener sachet too—a really thoughtful touch. Overall, Ji Hotel offers a quality and peace of mind far exceeding its price at a reasonable price. It's not ostentatious or flashy; it simply focuses on perfecting every detail, providing travelers with a truly relaxing place to ”rest.” Highly recommended!
