"The hotel has a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the food street. We had dinner there as soon as we arrived, and it was the first time I'd ever seen round avocados. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. We booked a triple room, and while I thought a family room would just have multiple beds, it turned out to be a suite. The children's room also had a large bed and tatami mats, which exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, with an open-plan sink area, so showering, using the toilet, and washing hands didn't bother each other. A special compliment was that the hotel even provided makeup remover and facial cleanser ā so thoughtful! The minibar was complimentary š The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, with a lovely smile, and she answered all our questions and requests. My friend later left her documents, including her visa for Vietnam the next day, at the front desk, and they proactively contacted her and delivered them to her room. The very same kind lady who checked us in the previous night checked us out the next morning; we learned she had finished her shift last night and was working the early shift that day ā hotel staff really have it tough! The hotel has its own parking lot and a large, comfortable courtyard. All three of us were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it."

"Traveling solo to Friendship Pass, this place offers incredible value for money. The facilities are practical and complete, with free parking and high-speed WiFi. From the window, you can see the small town's streetscape, and it's quiet, not noisy. The service is thoughtful and attentive; check-in was fast, and they even provided complimentary bottled water. The cleaning staff were proactive in greeting guests and had a gentle demeanor. The hygiene is well-maintained: the carpet is spotless, the bedding is flat and clean, and the bathroom has no standing water or odors. Toiletries are comprehensive and clean. "This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district and metro station, making getting around super easy. The guest room was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that provided perfect support. Coupled with the excellent soundproofing of the double-glazed windows, I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the hot water supply was abundant and stable, and the branded toiletries felt great. The biggest surprise was the service; check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast, and they patiently recommended local dining spots. The room cleaning was meticulous, with no dust in any corner, and even the cups were high-temperature sterilized. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, with a complete mix of Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The caring care of the service staff is even more meticulous throughout. The scenery outside the window is pleasant, and you can have a panoramic view of the prosperity of the city in the room. It is recommended to pay more attention to the details (the elevator floor display is intact, and the ashtray placed at the elevator entrance should be cleaned up in time)"

The bed was huge, probably 8 feet wide. The room was clean, and the lobby was beautiful. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was plentiful. The price was cheap, making it great value for money. There were plenty of parking spaces, making it very convenient to get to Friendship Pass!

The laundry room is a real standout ā they have washing machines, dryers, and even laundry detergent available. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the bedding was fantastic and super cozy. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit!

Facilities: There weren't enough charging outlets, and the toilet seat was a bit too low. The blankets were too damp.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: Mountain views are visible from the windows. The location is opposite the People's Hospital. There are parking spaces in front, many restaurants downstairs, and a supermarket. The location is excellent.
Service: The hotel lobby staff weren't very friendly. I heard I booked through Ctrip online; their attitude was unenthusiastic and cold.

One shortcoming is that the window is against the wall, which basically blocks the light, but the cheap price is still satisfactory. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
