But, the AC was not working during our 3 day stay, and no improvement at all after we complained to the front dest for several times.
The beddings look fine, carpets are full of stains.
The hotel comes with free pool and gym, which is rare in the area, and is a great plus to our stay."

The facilities and equipment in the room are very complete, and the bedding is very clean. Guest UserI accidentally saw this hotel on the Internet. It was quite grand when I entered the lobby. When I checked in, I asked if there was any place to eat. The front desk clerk enthusiastically recommended some restaurants nearby and even drew a hand-drawn map for me. As a result, I was a bit busy at lunch time. To my surprise, the front desk manager Jiang Jiang knocked on my door and brought me food. He told me that it was made by their restaurant and I could eat it without worry. This move warmed my heart. I have been traveling for so long and have never encountered such hotel service. It is really great.
