Reception staff are helpful and friendly and we were able to communicate via Wechat and Deepl translation. The room exceeded expectations - it was spacious, clean and stylish with lovely cotton bedding and modern bath and shower. There was a kettle with tea and coffee and nice bath products. Breakfast was in a cafe just round the corner - a bowl of noodles with soya milk egg and rice soup or the option of fruit and pastries. Set me up for the day. Great value at £33 a night."

I thought the parking lot downstairs would be convenient, but it turned out to be dirty and poorly managed. I also parked far away. There is only one elevator to the hotel, which is crowded and difficult to wait. The parking fee subsidized by the boss is not enough. If I had known earlier, it would be better to park in the open air, which is at least clean. 3. The service is not bad, warm and patient. 4. The facilities are very average, except for the elevator problem. There is also a problem with the wiring in the room. I dare not turn on the air conditioner. It will trip when I turn it on.

The waiter sent a fruit plate and 4 tickets for the evening show to my room and my friend's room respectively. I booked dinner and sent it back to the room. The lady at the counter made a reservation for me with the restaurant and sent it to our room. We came back from the show. They were worried that the food would be cold and not tasty. I hadn't returned to the room yet. The kitchen waiter was already waiting in front of the door. He took it back to the kitchen to heat it up and sent it back to me. The experience was excellent. The main reason for staying here was to rest and relax. The spa heated pool, mountain view, and warm water were great! At night, we smoked, had dinner, and watched the view of Jiuli City on the terrace. Don't enjoy it too much. Before leaving, the lady at the counter also gave us a souvenir for our anniversary. I forgot to take back the deposit, and she came out to remind us. I really can't fault it. The service is really thoughtful.
