"The room facilities were complete and very clean, making it the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our Chaoshan trip. The front desk staff had a great attitude, patiently explaining everything we asked. The recommended local eateries were fantastic, not a single bad one! The front desk even gave my child beach toys, which made my little one incredibly happy. This guesthouse didn't disappoint me; I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"This time, I brought my child along, so I decided to stay in the county town. First, let's talk about the location. The B&B's location is excellent, with free parking available. Although it's a short walk, it's manageable. Right downstairs, you'll find various restaurants and bubble tea shops. It's practically the Houzhai CBD, very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the hot water is very slow; it takes a long time to come on. After communicating with the owner, they explained that the pipes are long, and you need to let the cold water run out before the hot water arrives. Now, let's focus on the B&B's hygiene and service. The B&B is located in an older building, but the rooms are all new, and the hygiene is exceptionally well-maintained. It's clean and odor-free, which already surpasses many B&Bs. Furthermore, the attention to detail is excellent. Right outside your room on the same floor, the owner provides various daily necessities (dental floss, rubber bands, hair clips, razors, makeup remover wipes, etc.). So thoughtful! Regarding service, the owner led us to the parking lot on an electric scooter. We hadn't checked in yet, and the owner helped us transport our luggage to the B&B. When we checked in, our luggage was already in the room. My child had hives and scratched their skin until it bled a bit, getting some blood on the sheets. I proactively asked the owner if I needed to pay a cleaning fee, but the owner didn't charge anything. What a generous gesture! The off-season price is also very affordable. Overall, for a 207 RMB B&B, I'd give it a 90 out of 100. The 10 points deducted are in hopes that the owner can improve the hot water facilities. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance!"

"Seriously, this is my dream room! The creamy, soft color palette combined with the gentle curved design, and with the warm ambient lighting on, the whole room feels so cozy and incredibly calming. The bedding is super soft, once you lie down you just don't want to get up. The cleanliness is impeccable, not a speck of dust anywhere. The space is huge and absolutely perfect for photos. I had such a comfortable stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The room was spacious, and we had an ocean-view room with a great view of the sea. The weather was too hot to go out during the day, so we mostly stayed in the room in the afternoon, which was perfectly fine. We only went out to sightsee in the evenings. The room also had plenty of amenities like a washing machine, projector, bathtub, and refrigerator. However, I couldn't get the projector in our room to work, but I wasn't too bothered since I wasn't planning on watching TV anyway. There's some renovation going on nearby, which can be noisy at times. Also, the soundproofing isn't great; we could hear a whole family next door shouting loudly early in the morning, crystal clear... It was quite annoying."

"Stumbled upon this guesthouse online and decided to check it out before the May Day holiday rush. I was initially worried it might be a 'seller's show' (looks better in pictures than in real life), but it turned out to be 100% accurate to what was posted! Overall, a great experience. **Environment:** The guesthouse is set up like an estate, offering good privacy, so you're not disturbed by non-hotel guests or road noise. **Facilities:** The infinity pool in the room seems to circulate filtered seawater, which was very clean. It's perfect for taking photos at night when the lights are on, but it does shut off at 12 AM. There's also an outdoor pool on the first floor facing the sea. The minibar and fridge drinks in the room are complimentary, and all the amenities are of good quality. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. Right after booking, I immediately received a call from the owner. After adding them on WeChat, they confirmed my arrival time and whether I wanted the pool pre-filled, etc. Throughout my stay, I felt that all the staff had a great attitude. This is also a pet-friendly establishment. If you bring a pet, they provide a pet amenities kit with pee pads, diapers, disposable bowls, chew toys like Boryeongdan, and more. I brought my own dog bed, and they mentioned they also offer small beds. However, there's an additional cleaning fee for pets, which I didn't see on the booking page and only found out about upon arrival."

"Tonight, I fell asleep to the sound of the sea in the mist and rain. This was my first time staying at Chenhai Yunxi Homestay in the back village on a rainy day, enveloped by the mist, rain, and the sound of waves. If you're booking a sea-view room, try to get a higher floor; right below are residential houses. Nan'ao, in general, is a very ordinary fishing village. You can easily explore the whole place leisurely on an electric scooter. The hostess at the front desk was very gentle and had a lovely voice. The continuous rain transformed the sea into a muted grey-blue, and the outlines of fishing boats were softened by the fog. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, raindrops diagonally wove into the sea. I made a cup of hot tea and watched the rain from the window, quietly observing the ebb and flow of a cloud, a wave. Just outside, there's the濱海路 (Binhai Road). I walked along the coast with an umbrella, and the wind carried the aromas from seafood stalls. Electric scooters are very convenient, and the concierge even thoughtfully provided a travel guide. The row of buildings behind the sea is the local market. As darkness fell, the sea became serene, and the streetlights cast warm, yellow halos in the rain. The world finally stopped rushing, leaving only my breath and the sound of the rain."

"Facilities: Amazing! There's a mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, and a projector too! We enjoyed movies with the sea view at night~ Cleanliness: Spotless. The room even came with disposable toilet seat covers and disposable towels. Environment: Right by the sea! We listened to the waves while enjoying the sea breeze at night~"

"1. The seaside hotel specially selected is so pleasant! The environment is clean and refreshing, the public area is beautiful, and children can play at ease. The butler's little brother is attentive and has a need to be on call. He also helped us upgrade the room type for free. There is no pressure to bring the baby to stay. "Came to Nanao Island for a trip and didn't pick the best weather. It was cloudy and rainy, so I opted for a mountain view room. However, this guesthouse has a rooftop balcony with amazing sea views. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were really welcoming. You can choose your afternoon tea and they'll bring it up to your room. It would have been perfect if breakfast was included, but the afternoon tea was delicious!"

"This was the first hotel that caught my eye when planning my trip to Nanao Island, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The location, decor, and especially the infinity pool are incredibly photogenic, perfect for sunset pictures – absolutely stunning! The hotel's service was also excellent; they were very responsive, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. From 8 PM to 10 PM, the front desk even offers complimentary sweet soup. We got to try the mung bean soup, and it was delicious! Plus, the hotel's partnered travel makeup artist and photographer were fantastic too. Highly recommend!"
