The best hotel in Linshu. Staying 2 nights at the hotel which has too many wedding parties. What a pity that the 3 washing machines are not working during our stay.

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews. I asked a day in advance if there was a place to wash clothes? Is there a dryer? They said they would check and give me a reply. I didn't get a call back even though I had checked in. I called in the evening to ask for bathtub bags and toilet paper and they said they would deliver them right away. I asked them to wait for the first time 20 minutes later and they said they were on the way. I waited for another half an hour and it still hadn't been delivered. The second time I asked them to deliver it, it took about five minutes. It took about 50 minutes from the call to the delivery. Maybe it's because it's a big hotel, the journey is quite far! I booked a business double bed with a window on the third or fourth floor, and they said they upgraded me to a lake view room (๑òᆺó๑) on the sixth floor. Let me share with you the lake view of their hotel. ”The lake view is pretty nice.” I had high expectations after checking various websites online. I didn't experience fruits and snacks. The restaurant service was very good. We wanted to heat up food for the children, and they heated it up for us very considerately. The breakfast experience was also very good!

This is the third time I have stayed here. It is my first choice hotel in Linshu every time I go on a business trip. However, the experience this time was really bad. There are 2 bottles of Farmer in the room. If you want more, you will be charged 3 yuan/bottle. This is really a long time experience. I don’t know which hotel management came up with this trick. Are you crazy about being poor?

The front desk not only said the location, but also politely asked about our travel methods and told the hotel that there is free parking space on the ground and underground. Although I arrived at the store early, I also asked our needs for room types to help us arrange the room. Luggage can be stored at the front desk for us to go to Zhucun first. I personally feel that very few hotel front desks will stand at the perspective of passengers to help us avoid lightning. Something in the room was used up and the waiter sent it very quickly and politely. The stay experience was very good. Next time I came to Linyi, I will choose and recommend it to my friends.
