預訂頁面房間和實際房間照片不符合，應該是部分房源的照片。（預訂頁面照片裝修新穎一些，可能是熱銷房源引流？） 建議圖片可以規範一些，若是改房型有多套房源，標題可以提醒客人，不然很容易引起客訴。 房間衞生也可以再悉知一些毛髮比較多，房間要多通風煙味比較大。 也有做的好的：塑料拖鞋會重新拿塑料膜包裝（有已消毒標識） 給客人較多安全感，也有可能是客房洗了自己套進去的，因為塑料膜內還比較多水。酒店人懂得都懂。
