"I stayed two nights and had a terrible experience. The service was terrible: 1. The soundproofing was very poor, and there was a lot of noise. Even at midnight, I could hear people running upstairs in the hallway, which was extremely noisy; 2. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, but none of them had lids, so flies were flying on the food; 3. The bathroom drain smelled terrible; 4. I told the staff not to touch anything before leaving the room the next morning, just to change the garbage bags. When I returned that evening, the door was wide open, everything in the room had been moved, and even my pajamas had been put on a different bed. I called the front desk, and they said the door was open to air out the smell and that there was a security guard in the yard. But the guard can't be there all the time. What if something gets stolen with the door open? It's unreliable. Overall, the price was higher than other places in the county, but it wasn't worth it."

"Facilities: The toilet seat splashes water when you sit down, and there are no disposable toilet seat covers or disinfectant wipes. The toothpaste provided is 'Two Sides Needle Crystal Toothpaste', which is quite difficult to use.
Hygiene: It's clean, overall satisfactory.
Environment: It's right next to the ancient city, and 'Xiaoxifu Liangfen' (a local snack shop) is nearby. Plus, there's a parking lot, which makes it very convenient for parking and going out – a big plus. It's only a 10-minute drive to the Hengshan Tourist Center.
Service: I only stayed one night, so I didn't experience much of the service. However, the front desk staff were nice.
I recommend improving the facilities. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here when visiting Hunyuan."

"Due to an unexpected increase in the number of guests, our original room booking was no longer suitable. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful, proactively arranging an upgrade to a family room for just a symbolic price difference. She even offered us slippers and other disposable amenities. She was truly kind and beautiful! The room facilities were quite new, and everything was very clean, making for an overall comfortable and cozy stay. The hotel has a parking lot and is very close to the old town. Highly recommended!"

"Woke up at 4:30 AM to climb the Hanging Temple in the wind [roses][roses][roses]
Woke up at 4:30 AM [smirk] There are only about 2,000 tickets available each day, and I managed to get sixth in line at 5:00 AM and snag a ticket perfectly by 7:30 AM [spinning][shaking][jumping]
As soon as I got off the shuttle bus, the level 7 wind in the valley was insane, hitting me head-on. I staggered back a couple of steps, my hair was all over my face, and my hat flew off [smirk]. Looking up at the Hanging Temple, it seemed to be swaying in the wind [shut up] no, it wasn't moving. I was the one swaying. Those slender pillars, in this strong wind, actually looked quite stable. A 60-meter-high cliff (twenty stories high) has been supported for 1,500 years by just a few slender pillars [awesome].
One night, two days, visiting the Yungang Grottoes and the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda! Superb! A very rewarding experience! 🌹🌹🌹"

*The place is close to the scenic spot (few minutes by car).
*The breakfast is not too bad. Few choices but it will fill you up.No drinks (juice or coffee).
*The accomodation was nice to drop and pick us up at the scenic area.They dropped us off to the bus station going to Datong city.
*Problem was the bad odour coming from the toilet. We think it’s from the drainage. We can’t even open the door for few minutes for air to come in because it is freezing. It’s negative degrees.
*The room was nice and comfortable. I can’t find photos or video of the interior. The size of the room is perfect. It has a long bench.Table with 1 small chair.Tv, closet, slippers,toothbrush, hair dryer,kettle and 2 bottle of water.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, reaching out to guests in advance and even offering a pick-up service. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the mountainside of Hengshan, next to the hiking entrance. It's about a 2.5-hour round trip to hike up and down, which saves you money on the scenic shuttle bus and cable car fees. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the food is very reasonably priced 😊. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers! 👍

Guest UserI took my children to the Hanging Temple during the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. It's very impressive and luxuriously decorated. The staff was friendly and quick to check in. They also provided helpful tips on nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel also provided unlimited mineral water and sea buckthorn juice.
The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was very comfortable. I slept soundly all night. There was plenty of hot water, and they even provided a children's toothbrush. The toiletries smelled fresh and pleasant. The hotel's attentiveness was evident in the details...
It was a very pleasant stay, and the value for money was excellent...

The parking lot couldn't recognize out-of-town license plates, so it's necessary to communicate with the front desk in advance. Because the property management caused some delays, the service manager even gave us a discount. The young ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming. Overall, a very good stay.

BafanglaicaidexingyunA bit weird hotel, the main feature is the whole house smart.
But what made me angry was that I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
1. Whose cabinet and bed are completely close together? Do you have to step on the bed to hang clothes?
2. Because the whole house is smart, there is no remote control for the air conditioner. You have to shout Xiaodu Xiaodu, and then this Xiaodu can only turn on the air conditioner, not turn it off, and can't adjust the wind direction. The most weird thing is that if you want to adjust the temperature at night, it should be a matter of pressing the remote control, but you can only shout Xiaodu and wake up everyone in the room.
3. The dry and wet separation is good, but the amount of water for bathing is small. The amount of water for children's urine is larger than this. With this amount of water, the drainage can't be drained. If the bath lasts more than 10 minutes, the water will overflow from the bathroom.
4. There are only two very thick pillows on the bed, no thin sleeping pillows, not to mention latex pillows and buckwheat pillows. You can only curl your neck when you sleep. Later, there is no other way but to use a folded bath towel as a pillow. I called the front desk and asked for two more bath towels as pillows, but they didn't give them to me.
5. The breakfast is not rich, but the cook is very polite, fearing that you will not be full.
6. There are parking lots in the front and back yards, which can accommodate more than 20 cars.
7. When leaving, the front desk offered to take a few bottles of mineral water next to it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is the right place to stay when visiting the Hanging Temple and Jin Temple. The room and bed are large, especially suitable for bringing children. It is no problem for a family of three to stay in a big bed. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The breakfast is also very good. Overall, it is very cost-effective.

The hotel is located right by the roadside. It's a budget hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, leaving a lasting impression. Our stay was a pleasant surprise, far exceeding our expectations. From the moment we entered the lobby, the staff's friendly smiles and efficient, professional service impressed us. The rooms were elegantly designed, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet with ample water pressure – every detail reflected a commitment to quality.
The hotel's meticulous service was particularly commendable: upon learning we were traveling by car, they proactively offered suggestions on nearby transportation. This provided a perfect way to relax after a long journey.
The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and personalized service complemented each other perfectly, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It wasn't just a place to rest during our trip, but also a part of a wonderful memory. Huge beautiful room with only one thing, taking a shower water can run outside the bathroom.
Good wifi and only 200 Meters from.the Bus station.
To the Suspended Monastry it's a 45 Minuten walk.
I also enjoyed the Hunyuan old city.The old part probably only the temples,the rest deconstructed.
Local see very few Foreigner,but are very helpful.
