The first hygiene is impeccable, the rooms are cleaned meticulously, the corners are clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the hot water is stable and full, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the night is quiet and sleeps until dawn;

Airport shuttle service (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM): I have to commend the airport drop-off service. We had originally scheduled a 9 AM departure for the airport but thought it was too early and canceled. The driver actually came back specifically to pick us up again! He chatted with us and gave us recommendations along the way, and his attitude was extremely friendly. My parents, who I was traveling with, kept praising him. It was a very satisfying experience."

"The room's cleanliness was pretty subpar. The smart toilet was actually quite useless and incredibly loud; it rumbled every time someone used it, so I'd advise against this place if you're traveling with young children. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 AM, and there was hardly anything left. The stir-fried dishes weren't fresh at all; my elderly family member got an upset stomach after eating them. I usually love breakfast, but all I could manage was an egg and some milk. The stir-fried dishes and fried rice tasted like they were from the day before. We only stayed one night and quickly switched to the Hulunbuir Hotel. The only good thing was that they were very quick to send an extra bed and pillows up with a security guard."

"The shop owner, a very kind lady, helped us secure a parking spot; she even told us about fun places to visit in Hailar. She was incredibly warm and helpful. The receptionist was also very accommodating and efficient, helping us with both room and electricity cards. The room was a loft-style room with ample space. In the summer, it was very convenient to hang an umbrella to dry in the loft when it rained. Enough talk, here are the pictures. For directions, check out the Hailar Senior University. We had a great time at Jiu Mu Yang Hot Pot nearby, and the beef jerky at Friendship Supermarket was delicious and reasonably priced. Hulunbuir Ancient City is within walking distance, making it easy to take photos. Hailar is a wonderful city; good cities produce good shops."

1. **Incredibly Generous**: We booked a Deluxe King Room, and the hotel upgraded us to a Grand Deluxe King Room for free. They also provided complimentary breakfast for our child and delivered fruits and small cakes as a late-night snack in the evening.
2. **Incredibly Thoughtful**: The service center was super responsive. When they brought children's slippers and toiletries, they thoughtfully included two extra bottles of water. When I called to request more tissues because the room was running low, they arrived in about a minute. The genuine sincerity and excellent attitude of the hotel staff were evident at the front desk, over the phone, and during breakfast.
3. **Excellent Value for Money**: The room and bathroom layout were comfortable and well-designed, with plenty of space to put things. The facilities and cleanliness were maintained to a five-star standard, and the bedding was very comfortable. The mattress ensured I didn't wake up with a backache, and the curtains provided excellent blackout. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM, and parking was free.
Overall, after returning from the grasslands, staying at this hotel filled us with happiness. Both the elderly and the children raved about it. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Lü at the front desk, and the quick and efficient gentleman who delivered water and other items. Wishing you all the best!"

"Booked two family rooms. Parking was inconvenient, only an underground garage available. There were so many flying insects, they kept swarming us. Breakfast felt like takeout, delivered to the room – thin porridge, pickles, buns, and eggs. We didn't eat it. The family room was quite spacious, good amount of space, and the sofa was comfortable for watching a game. The front desk staff weren't at all enthusiastic. Ran into a staff member in the lobby early in the morning, and they acted like they didn't see me, didn't even say hello."

"My stay at Desheng Hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's easy to find, just a few minutes' walk from the metro/shopping area/attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was even cleaner than the pictures, with no dust in the corners, a dry/wet separated bathroom, and a mattress that was just right – I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The front desk lady was quick with check-in, proactively informed me about luggage storage and breakfast times, and a bottle of water was delivered to my room within two minutes of my request. To get this level of quality at this price, the value for money is truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

It felt like an apartment building converted into a guesthouse. The space was incredibly generous, and it was spotlessly clean. The front desk service was excellent. Our unit was very spacious, spanning an entire floor. Our windows faced an inner area, adjacent to a children's playground within a residential neighborhood. Despite being on the 5th floor, it was exceptionally quiet, almost like being on the ground floor. The overall environment was excellent. It's conveniently located near Zhongsu Jin Street, just a short walk away. Just outside, there's a wide variety of Mongolian and Russian restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is located next to the most central square. The room is on the second floor, there is no elevator, the boss helped carry the luggage. The room is quite big, it is a suite, the big room has two beds, the small room has a bed, the bed is not small. The room is quite large and it is very convenient to put the suitcase. One-time towels are available, which is great. The only problem is the location of the shower. The bracket of the fixed shower cannot be adjusted at an angle. When the water is opened, the water sprayed is directly facing the wall. If the height is less than 1 meter 9, it will not be stained. The shower can be taken down and held in hand, which is really not convenient. When I checked out, the proprietress also sent two breads, thank you!

I stayed here for one night as I had driven down from Genhe and had been exploring the white frozen grasslands, and driving along the Hulun Buir Ice and Snow Festival tracks.
The hotel was decent and made for good sleeping and had clothes washing facilities. There was also lots of parking space.
The hotel has a security guard for some reason. I haven't figured that out yet as no other hotel or guesthouse I have stayed in seems to need one. I guess it will make some of you feel safer and some of you think twice.
The hotel door handle needed to be fixed, the door didn't shut properly and I just had to slam it to stop the alarm from going off.
I paid for breakfast and it was okay. But I recommend going to local breakfast place for Baozi for the same price.
I still recommend the place for a night of rest at a decent budget, but if you want a more memorable stay then find a more personable guesthouse.

This is my second time here. The environment is great, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff are super enthusiastic, and even the cleaning aunties greet you warmly when you see them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hailar!

Guest UserThe campsite in the northern part is probably the best one. If you want to experience a yurt, this is the place to do it, the scenery is much more beautiful than the one in Heishantou. You get sunsets, singing performances, bonfires, and a starry sky. Slippers, toiletries, and liquid mosquito repellent are all provided. The shower water is unstable; it's a trickle and fluctuates between hot and cold. Four bottles of water are provided, and you have to pay for any extra. Breakfast is enough to fill you up.
