基本沒寫過評價，但是這家酒店必須給好評，預計的時候對比了一下這家店是最新的維也納，下單後小姐姐主動聯繫我問我大概到店時間，免費給我升級了大床房，雖然明確指明不要角落房，但是還是給了這個角落的房間，其實這個角落房可以接受，因為這棟樓不是那種很長的通道的一般佈局，室內衞生和裝修都是中規中矩的挑不出毛病，水和其它店的不同，用的是樂百氏的定製水，洗髮水沐浴露也不同。牙刷較其他店的比較硬，除了離繁華區遠一點沒有別的缺點。相對其他店來説缺少了一次性的刮鬍刀和手提袋，但是有小度音響和機器人送餐服務，這點説明也是在進步，很好。

The city of Huazhou exceeded our expectations. It’s amazing. I was originally driving north from Hainan and was going to Zhanjiang after passing Xuwen Port, but after going there a few times I felt it was just average, so I changed my route to Huazhou and stopped there. I didn’t expect this small city to be so cozy, with so many delicious foods and cheap prices. The hotel is new and the facilities and equipment are intelligent. The front desk clerk was very nice. The upgrade to a river view room was awesome. The environment is nice for a walk along the river after dinner, without the hustle and bustle of a big city. I really recommend stopping here. Much better than staying in Zhanjiang.

The location is very convenient. The business trip is very close to Wanda Pedestrian Street. The front desk lady also recommended us to eat Huazhou specialty fragrant chicken. The taste is very good. Facilities: The whole is good, but the bathroom suddenly smelled a lot of second-hand smoke at 8 o'clock the next morning, which directly woke me up. The smell of smoke on the bath towel is full of people.

Breakfast: relatively good, the meal was supplemented in time. But the fried rice is a bit too wet. No coffee is more headache, but fortunately, there is Luckin Coffee very close to the right side of the hotel. The red heart dragon fruit seems to be a local specialty. When I drove from Gaozhou, I saw that the roadside was a dragon fruit plantation twice, but there was no sweetness in Hainan.

However, the hotel management leadership and staff did not cherish the above superior and objective conditions. I sincerely hope that the management staff of this review can see it, especially the person in charge. The following points are my real experience yesterday. First, the hotel's health needs to be improved. First, the hotel's public passages, parking lots and other garbage are not cleaned. When I was going to bed last night, the sheets were stained. Obviously, the sheets were not changed. Later, I called the front desk. The staff on duty asked us to go to the cabinet to get a clean replacement; the second was that we did not prepare the necessary hot water for the guests in time, and called the front desk management staff before turning on the electric water heater; Third, the tea placed in the room has expired, the factory date is 2019 shelf life of two years, yesterday is still in the room; fourth, the quality of the dental appliances is not good, although it is a disposable, it should also provide a relatively comfortable toothbrush; Five is that the management of catering charges is opaque, there is no clear real price, when we check in the hotel, we asked about the catering service, the waiter recommended to us that there is a self-raised chicken to book, a chicken 168 yuan, so we booked a chicken for dinner (one chicken two meals, bone stew soup, meat fried) and a green vegetable.
