"説實話這是我第一次主動寫好評，和老公出游回程，這衹是一個途徑點歇腳一晚，入住去的溝通其實算我覺得很正常的服務，但是因為我老公腳崴了，不方便提行李上樓梯，所以還是決定打個電話給前台讓人幫忙拿行李，已經凌晨半了，沒想到工作人員還是很熱情，直接到車庫停車位來幫忙，這是其一，其二辦理入住工作人員發現身份證沒有保護套，給我們裝上了，雖然這種玩意對我們來説也沒啥用，但是這點很細心，其三辦理入住完前台工作人員看見我老公腳瘸着走，主動詢問是否需要葯品支持。其四因酒店內有電梯，工作人員並未在半夜十分給人幫忙拿了行李就不管了，還是在辦理入住後幫我們送至房間，並走後正對回退關門，出門道安，專業度極高。其四退房時比較突然，因人手不夠，就連酒店清潔阿姨也熱情幫忙拿行李，貼心幫我拿到車能夠開到的門口，並提議引領我一起到那裡方便上車，避免我多走路曬太陽。一家不到300元的酒店，能做到如此細節服務，實屬罕見， 服務：👆 ： 環境：優雅 衞生：乾淨 設施：用心，枕頭比較舒服，貼心準備了一次性水杯在洗漱台"

The front desk lady is very serious and responsible, everything is explained very clearly, the service is warm and thoughtful, people feel particularly at ease. After I checked in, I found that the air conditioning effect was not very good. After reporting to the front desk, I immediately helped me upgrade to the river view room for free. The receptionist, Xiaoxue, was exceptionally helpful; she led me to the restaurant, helped me with my luggage to my room, and even brought my room key back after I changed rooms. 聽古城當地人的評價，這間民宿是排在前面的👍🏻入住後絕對的超出我的預期，家人都非常滿意👌🏼 整體環境：非常好！庭院很大，晚上坐在涼亭下小酌一杯，何等愜意；房間佈局也很好，有玄關、有小客廳和長凳，床品不錯，浴室空間足、衞生好👌🏼 服務方面：前台小姐姐非常熱情，提前打電話問我們到達時間，房間開好空調等着我們；會走到門口幫忙搬行李，也會幫忙將行李送到房間。 地理位置：很好，從古城中正門進去，步行5分鐘就到了，很好找。出了客棧去遊古城也很方便，路程都不遠，而且因為有個大庭院隔開，古城的遊人各種聲音對房間影響很小，休息得非常好👍🏻

The boss's service attitude is very good, the tire of the self-driving tour is nailed, the boss specially took us to find the store to repair the tire. The all-wood building is a rare experience that was changed from the old house in the past. Because it is a pure wood building, the sound insulation effect is not very good. It is nothing for people with good sleep quality. My mother has a little impact, so if you stay, you must consider this clearly.

The bathroom is quite large, the sanitary condition is general, the hair is embedded near the shower faucet, and the wet and dry are not partitioned. The stay experience was very good. The location of the hotel is very good, just in the city center, it takes ten minutes to walk to the ancient city. The internal facilities of the room are very new, the bedding is comfortable, the sanitation is clean, and the toilet is very easy to use. The most praiseworthy thing is the sound insulation.
