"Stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Hengshui Taocheng for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel opened within the last two years, so the facilities are brand new and there's no lingering new-renovation smell. The location is fantastic, right next to Aegean Shopping Park, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and bright, and surprisingly, it even had a microwave and a mini-bar. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was truly amazing – a wide variety that felt like a full buffet. Parking was easy, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Hengshui!"

"I didn't take pictures of the room, but it was incredibly clean, just like in the display photos. There's a minibar, and the service was amazing. They even sent fruit. Since it was my friend's birthday, I had a cake delivered to the hotel in advance, and the front desk was super thoughtful and helped put it in the fridge! They have laundry facilities and a gym, plus plenty of parking both above and below ground, so parking is convenient. At checkout, they even gave us a souvenir and bottled water."

"The best hotel in the 300 price range I have ever stayed in will not fall off the wind compared to 5 stars like Crowne Plaza.
1) There is no abnormal light, the curtain shading effect is very good, the air conditioning control panel, the TV signal receiver does not emit light.
2) The room has good sound insulation, no abnormal noise, and the air conditioning outlet does not make a lot of noise.
3) No smell. There is no smell in the bathroom shower room, and the room has no smell! There is a faint smell when entering the door.

GGuest UserI stayed here last year as well and came back again this year which clearly shows how much I love staying here. It’s a wonderful hotel with clean rooms, great facilities and very helpful staff. I initially had booked a room without a window but they were very kind to change it to a room with window. I personally prefer with windows as without them it may get a bit claustrophobic. It’s my personal choice but overall it’s a fantastic hotel and I will surely recommend anyone to staying here.

The only thing that made me dissatisfied was that the air conditioning in the room was broken. When I consulted the front desk, the waiter answered the question evasively. The temperature was very high on the day of check-in, which was unbearable. I had to run downstairs to drink beer to cool off.

I will stay here every Qingming Festival when I go home. After eating, you can also enjoy the scenery and take a walk in the breeze in the hotel. The service attitude is not in place. There is no parking space on the street around the location. There are few hotel-exclusive parking spaces and the passage is narrow. I couldn't find a parking space at night. I contacted the hotel staff but they were perfunctory. They came out to find a place for me and left. The car is so wide and the parking space is so narrow. There are pillars and bushes all around. Can't the relevant staff see that the parking environment is poor?
If a customer has trouble parking, shouldn't you follow and watch over him until he parks his car? If you just leave the customer behind, then just ignore him. This attitude is not what a chain should have.
It's so narrow and there are obstacles all around. How can I get out of the car if I park it? I can jump out from the window.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room is not soundproof, the decoration is old, and the toilet leaks. The hot water is not hot enough. The towel was dirty, put it under the sink, and there was a small bug when it was taken out.
Hygienic: The sheets are dirty. The quilt is a bit blog, the floor heating is not very warm, and there is garbage left by the guests who don't know how long it takes. It's moldy.
