"Been here ten years ago 😆, but although is old of age, everything seems fine, except the front desk, asked for more drinking water, replied with “you know, it’s cost rmb3 per bottle”. As I been to so many hotels in different countries even in China, when asking for more drinking water, will be so kind to give instead of this attitude 😅. And the intercom in the room, never can get through to any department, including the housekeeping and front desk. Hope the hotel can improve in this. Other than that, the housekeeper is very generous and the room is well kept."

The only drawback is the lack of instructions for the TV remote, which made it somewhat inconvenient to operate. Hopefully, this can be improved. Overall, the price-performance ratio is quite good, and it's definitely worth recommending. I would choose this hotel again next time."

"出差路上意外發現的一家寶藏民宿，由於高速堵車臨時決定在古田休息一晚，隨便找了家離高速口近的民宿，這裏環境真箇很nice，鳥語花香，湖光山色，像水墨畫一樣，很多人在釣魚，管家還給我們升級了，房間很大，名宿很新，工作人員還帶我們參觀了書吧，古民居，畫展以及古田舊城沙盤，原來古田還有這麼多人文歷史，漲見識了，服務態度真的很好，房間都是別墅落地窗湖景，值得推薦！"

The facilities are old and dilapidated. There was a musty smell upon entering, the cabinets were rotten, and trash and socks were strewn everywhere on the balcony near the window. I told the receptionist, and she cleaned it up. So, I'd give the service 4 stars. The hot water is indeed excellent and deserves praise. However, the air conditioning frequently stops working and doesn't heat properly. Overall, the experience was poor. This is probably the standard service you'd find in a small town! The price isn't cheap either.

作為民宿出售，在小縣城價格偏高了。廚房形同虛設，沒有配餐桌椅。最大的問題是取電設計不合理，一個人出去散步，一個人睡懶覺，結果開門後自動斷電了，那麼冰箱插電是單獨的嗎？否則老這麼斷電冰箱還怎麼正常運行？！敬請房東諒解我直言，我這也是為貴店着想，生意興隆，必須讓客人覺得好才是真的好～

I lived here for the first two years and told my friends that it was a ceiling level. It was cheap and I had never seen any small bugs. After drinking in front, I came back to the room and there was a big cockroach and a small cockroach. I borrowed the wine to try to step on the small one. I should be afraid that people would not dare to come over. I just stepped on it. Sit on the bed and send a message to a friend. I want to complain. I am really afraid of a person who crawls out of the bed. I ask your hotel to be the first choice for the price-performance ratio hotel in Gutian.
