"Our stay at this resort was extraordinary, largely thanks to the phenomenal service from our butler, Xiaoyu (小雨管家) and a clean and comfortable stay. A day before our arrival, she reached out with detailed information, helped order our dinner, and proposed a great itinerary (including my favourite 上帝视角) that seamlessly coordinated our meals with our plans. All the staff that we met were friendly, and Xiaoyu also helped to arrange a staff to drive us to Emergency Exit 2 to catch our scheduled DiDi ride back to Anshunxi Station. Even after we checked out, Xiaoyu heartwarmingy checked in on us to ensure we made it to our destination safely. This level of genuine care and hospitality made our trip truly memorable."

"Had a fantastic experience! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They helped with our luggage and even gave us beautiful sunflowers when we checked in. The swimming pool was super photogenic, and the overall views were breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of birds and seeing the waterfall across the way was so refreshing. I'll definitely be back in the summer to take a dip in that pool!"

"This is a five-star hotel with 158 rooms that opens in 2025.10 in January, close to the Huajiang Bridge attractions. The hotel facilities and equipment are quite satisfactory, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The beautiful beauty Xiaohong at the front desk was warm and thoughtful and upgraded the room. The breakfast was very good, Chinese and Western food was available and the service was very good. Parking is available in front of the hotel. It is a restaurant that does not have meals around, but the hotel can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. I hope the room can put a mosquito repellent."

"This hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!"

"The inn offers round-trip shuttle service to and from the scenic area. Their response time is incredibly fast and efficient; they usually pick you up within 5 minutes. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony was also very large, perfect for kids to run around. The bathtub was huge, and my kids loved soaking in it while playing with water and watching cartoons in the evening. There wasn't a wide variety of breakfast options, but the butler would ask for our preferences the night before, and the meals would be ready by morning. You can only eat in the dining area, as they don't deliver to the room. The inn provides free coffee and tea, and there are two washing machines and two dryers. I stayed for three nights and never had to wait in line to use them. The front desk lady was super gentle and provided excellent service, offering great recommendations for attractions and nearby dining. She was also very friendly towards children! My first impression was that the inn's location was a bit out of the way, but after staying, I realized there's absolutely no need to worry. The inn's excellent service and thoughtful consideration made everything seamless."

"The room is well-equipped, spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is powerful enough. The hot water supply is good and the water temperature is comfortable. The newly renovated hotel is really good. There is a small shortcoming, the bathroom door is not waterproof, the shower water will rush out to the wash basin, and there is still a big puddle of water in the morning. If you can add a waterproof ***** and stick it on, it will be super perfect!"

"It was a really good stay experience. First of all, the customer service was very considerate and enthusiastic! Call in advance and add WeChat to set up a service group to tell the hotel location, precautions, etc. in advance. The handsome men and beautiful women at the hotel front desk were also super gentle and enthusiastic. Flowers were given when checking in. The hotel room and restaurant environment are very good and high-end. The main thing is that the food is also delicious! The photos taken in the swimming pool are also beautiful and very photogenic. When leaving the hotel, they also gave souvenirs. It's really super heartwarming! I will stay here again if I have the chance in the future and will recommend it to my friends. "Stayed during the off-season and got upgraded to a suite. The room was very comfortable with a lovely Chinese-style decor. The private hot spring was also great. The outdoor hot springs were empty, so we had the whole place to ourselves at night. The service was also a pleasant surprise; as soon as we got out of the car, we were greeted with tea and towels, and even given a necklace as a gift – a very nice touch. It's also very convenient for visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall! The dinner included in the package was delicious, you could tell the ingredients were good. The only downside was the breakfast… it felt too much like pre-made food."
