設施：2021年的酒店，還算比較新，房間比較大，裏面的設施基本上都是麗楓標準化的設施，但在小縣城裡麪，標準也是匹配小縣城的，不失不過，算是小縣城裡麪性價比較高的。停車比較方便，有自己的停車場，走進來就就是大堂。
衞生：還算整潔乾淨，就是衞生間有點異味，建議後面取消地毯，地毯看起來有點臟，其它條件上基本達標。
環境：環境也是匹配小縣城的標準，當然跟一二線城市的無法比較，裝修簡約，就是上電梯不需要刷卡就有點不好管理，建議改善。
服務：工作人員還是比較專業的，也比較熱情，見了面也會熱心問好，還送了早餐券，雖然早餐品種不算多，但還算比較方便，整體服務員都很禮貌。

After all, hotels with the word ”Overseas Chinese” are all quite old, so don't expect too much from the hotel facilities. The room is spacious and clean, just like what an old hotel should be like. The hotel environment is also good. Some facilities are old and damaged, but it does not affect the use. There is plenty of hot water, but the cold water is pitifully small. There is a tea bag that has been opened but not replaced. I don't know how long it has been there. The breakfast is very simple, not even up to the level of ordinary chain hotels.

Facilities: Hardware facilities need maintenance:
1. The air conditioner was roaring all night, and it was hard to sleep 😣
2. The pillow core has a peculiar smell, and the quilt cover has been washed and rotten, but it is still used
3. The carpet has a strong odor. As soon as you enter the room, the whole room is filled with a foul smell. I thought that if I opened the window for a while, the smell would go away, but it still didn't help.

Service: I don’t know if the ladies at the front desk were in a bad mood. From check-in to check-out the next day, none of the ladies I met smiled at all and had expressionless faces.
It is worth praising that the auntie who delivered the supplies was very efficient and her attitude was very kind and friendly.

There was hair on the bed. I checked in early in the morning and asked the front desk to change the sheets. The front desk said that the aunt had changed a room after get off work. The decoration is too backward, the charging is very inconvenient, there is no socket near the bedside table, and you have to charge to go to the table or under the window to charge. When I finally left, I also popped out a spider... This price is very not recommended, there are many homestays that are much better

Very happy and satisfied, I came to Zhaoqing with my girlfriend for the weekend.
When I checked in, the deer butler drove a shuttle bus to pick me up, helped me carry my luggage, and introduced the facilities in the room. I sent messages to coordinate various matters and they were replied immediately and solved immediately. At night, we had a barbecue in the yard and provided camping lights to help illuminate it. It was very considerate to send small cookies before going to bed. There were also service staff who cleaned the pool and helped to drain the water. The emotional value of various details was provided very well. Hahahaha. When I left the hotel, I was given rice grown by the hotel, and helped to carry the luggage back to the parking lot by shuttle bus. The deer butler and Meiqi were great, and the other staff were great!

GGuest User因趕不到肇庆東去广宁高鐵改簽下一班，去到酒店大約下午4:30。大堂環境整潔，我住在8楼但是要乘搭电梯到7楼步行楼挮上一層。洗手間應加設淋浴屏，到了晚上水壓不夠時熱時凍。大門後面應掛住請勿打擾牌，方便客人须要時使用。最奇怪晚上8：30至10：30期間聽到有人唱K從下面小商户轉來！
酒店对面二甲人民医院，步行十分鐘有宜家购物中心。再步行五分鐘去到广宁華僑大酒店中菜部飲茶，在**購買50元代金卷實付39.9可以便宜10元。
