"For the first time, I will challenge the hotels below Trip.com rating 4.7. Don't try it easily if the rating is low. Wyndham will completely change the taste when he goes to the mountains! Very poor experience!
Hygienic: The floor is dirty, the shoes are not dare to take off the whole process, the glass shower faucet glass door, etc. are water stains, even the cup mat is moldy!
Facilities: The smart toilet cannot be flushed automatically. The room is large but the bathroom and toilet are pitiful. There is no drying rack on the large balcony, and the wall is moldy! The hot spring area and children are still worthy of recognition!
Service: The front desk and hot spring area waiters are very lazy. What you need to call the front desk is to call twice. The 1100 parent-child room is booked. The hotel has taken the order and said that there is no room. It was originally a holiday with children! Just gave the duplex room, no children's toothbrush slippers! Anonymous UserOf the pluses: spacious room, two-level, interesting layout. On the balcony is an excellent clean little pool with hot mineral water that is protected from the wind. There is a set for tea, cups, roaming. Thanks to the young man who looks after the rooms! He helped us with the order of food and always was on communication 😊
Of the downsides: rooms, of course, old people, clearly need cosmetic repairs and good cleaning (windows, mirrors, furniture). No kitchen dishes (plates, knives, etc.). And unfortunately, the marked smell of cigarettes, traces of cigarettes on the floor and furniture, although the number clearly removed ☹️ Wish for the host - ban smoking in the rooms!

Guest UserA one-night stopover on a long journey, luckily I didn't step into any traps. This is the closest hotel to the highway, and it's a chain brand with friendly, affordable prices. The room even has hot spring water, which was truly comfortable. The breakfast was also very rich, and they even gave me a free bottle of mineral water when I checked out. It was genuinely great for me to continue driving. Free parking and over a dozen fast and super chargers – truly thoughtful! I'll definitely choose this place again every time I go home.
