The front desk staff Dandan and Xin'an were very friendly, the check-in was efficient and smooth, they kept a professional smile throughout the whole process, and took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding information. When I arrived at the hotel, I also helped to upgrade to a more comfortable room type for free, which was considerate and thoughtful. His enthusiasm and meticulousness swept away the fatigue of the journey, and truly reflected the five-star service level. The minibar in the room has coffee drinks and black tea, etc. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The atmosphere of the hotel in Vienna is a warm European feeling, with a touch of warm lights and beautiful scenery hanging on the wall. It should be Venice. I feel that I am busy and come back to remove my fatigue.

Environment: The environment is still very comfortable. There is a large lotus leaf lotus pond at the door. The lotus is very beautiful in the summer. The rooms are one by one. They are very quiet. I especially like the paths in the garden. There is a feeling of winding paths.
Service: The front desk brother upgraded us to a larger room type for free. A family of 4 lived in a particularly comfortable room. We also sent fruit and drinks. We also had dinner here at night, which was delicious and affordable.
Facilities: The facilities in the room feel very new, the room can lie flat directly, sitting in the sunset is very comfortable. The hotel also has slides and seesaws that children can play, suitable for bringing a baby.

Among the limited choices, this hotel is the one closest to the city center and the most convenient for public transportation (subway and walking all the way). I forgot to take indoor photos. All I can say is as shown in the picture. The breakfast is very rich. Suddenly I realized that I forgot to take pictures and was just eating. P/S: Hefei is very fun.
