"A new hotel with the same owner next to Cheong Wa Dae. The environment is very good and the equipment is very advanced. Free tickets to the nearby Blue House (15 yuan) and free hotel swimming tickets (58 yuan). The Blue House Hot Spring is relatively old, and because the tickets are cheap, you need to buy a package to enjoy the service. There is a children's playground in the swimming pool.
I encountered some problems and solved them through communication with the hotel. Hope to improve front desk service level. The breakfast is rich, but you need to go early, otherwise it will be gone."

"The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the floors are shiny. Shopping and dining around is very convenient. The service attitude of the service staff was good. When we checked in, we found mosquitoes in the room. We asked the front desk if there was a mosquito repellent. The waiter went to the linen room to find one for us and sent it to the room. The breakfast is simple but the buns are delicious."

While the hotel's facilities weren't bad, the service was truly subpar. The front desk spoke to customers in an imperative tone, and the first order upon check-in was a 300 yuan deposit. The hotel's banquet hall was busy, hosting four weddings and return banquets for family members during lunch one day. The hotel's large parking lot was unmanned, so upon arrival, the entire lot and the surrounding area were completely filled with cars, making it difficult to find the hotel entrance. The bathroom only had a bathtub, so showers had to be taken standing in it."
