When we encountered an issue with our room, they promptly upgraded us. Our room was spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, directly opposite the Dege Parkhang (Printing House), making it super convenient for visits. Breakfast was also delicious. The only slight drawback was the transparent bathroom door, which lacked a bit of privacy. I hope they continue to improve!"

In the evaluation, some people said that this is the best hotel in Ganzi (or Dege). I think this is too exaggerated. It feels like it is generally the same. There is nothing special. The room is only one or two stars. The facilities are about three stars. It is not possible to be the best four-star hotel. However, service and hygiene are no problem. The waiters are very polite. The room was clean, I didn't wear shoes in the room, and my feet would not feel rusty."
