"Highly recommend staying here. The hotel is easy to find, right down the main road. It is very modern with modern facilities, good water pressure, friendly staff, comfortable beds and good food. "From the hustle and bustle of the city to the tranquil border, this hotel gave us a huge surprise.
Location: Although it is located at the border, the traffic is very convenient. It is very close to the port/main street. The surrounding life is strong and you can experience the authentic customs.
Hotel service: The staff at the front desk smiled very kindly, saw us with luggage and took the initiative to help. When checking in, we also reminded us of the weather and precautions at the border, which was very intimate.
Room experience: The room is bigger than expected and cleaned spotlessly. The mattress is moderately firm and eliminates the fatigue of our day's journey. The hot water is sufficient, the water pressure is also large, and a hot bath is especially relieved. Outside the window is the mountain view/street view, and it feels particularly comfortable to wake up in the morning.
Overall feeling: It may not have five-star luxury, but you can feel the intentions of operation everywhere. For the rest point on the trip, clean, comfortable and warm, that is enough. Highly recommended to friends who come to the border to play!"

"The hotel is located in the center of Alashankou. It is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants nearby. This time we mainly went to Alashankou Port and Alashankou Free Trade Zone. The room is large in size, and there is a living room where you can drink tea and chat. Because the train leaves at around 8pm, I extended the room for half a day and checked out to the train station at 6pm. The hotel staff and security are nice and very welcoming. The hotel breakfast is also good."

"The hotel is newly opened, and the front desk service needs improvement. It was the first time I'd encountered a security check upon check-in (it was too perfunctory; the security guards didn't even know how to operate the equipment, it was a waste of time). Is it because it's near the border? We finished the water in the room and asked the front desk for two bottles, but they wanted to pay! 4 yuan a bottle of mineral water—is it because there's a water shortage in the Xinjiang desert? 😰😰😰"

"This is my second bad review hotel in ten days and 20 days. I generally don't give bad reviews, but this service is really not good. First of all, I booked the 18th on the 17th, and then went to check in on the 18th. The female front desk of the hotel checked her ID card and told me that there was no my name and order. I checked the mobile phone order repeatedly for her, but I still didn’t find it. I waited for almost 20 minutes. The front desk couldn’t find it and told me to take things first, and then let me pay two hundred deposits. After staying for so many days, this is the first hotel that needs to pay deposits and it is still called an international hotel. In fact, I was already very irritable at that time. 👍🏻 Her attitude is very similar to that we did not book in advance. Like ◉‿◉ about ten minutes after check-in, I called again and asked me to go down and check, but she didn't find it. When I went down, I saw her calling the front desk that she had docked with the previous day. The phone said very clearly. When the last front desk left, the handover class told her that there was a reservation one day in advance for her to make a note. She didn’t hear it herself. The service is serious and really, and it’s not a student. How can we be so sloppy? We went out for a meal and came back and asked if she would refund the deposit tomorrow? She said aloud ”you haven't checked in yet”, I was stunned, took out the room card to show her, and she asked us in an unbelievable tone, ”If you don't live, you have to deposit the money?” I went, there is no service attitude at all, okay? Then I asked if I could give two more bottles of water? She pointed to the self-service vending machine on the side to let herself buy, and the attitude was very bad. Finally, the hotel bed was a bit unreasonable, the bed was too bright."

Guest UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. My first stay was so good, I chose it again this time. First, the room was incredibly large. Secondly, the service was fantastic. When checking in, I asked if there were any electric car chargers. The manager said no, but they could help us charge elsewhere. I was so surprised by the excellent service! Since we had children with us, we asked if breakfast could be delivered to the room. The front desk lady agreed, and it arrived right on time at 9:00 AM. I'm so grateful! I absolutely must choose this hotel! The service, the environment, and the food are all top-notch!
