To our ATV guests—we are a short 25 minute drive from both Royal Blue and Brimstone! We do not, however, have trail access to the ATV parks from our home. Other amenities include a DVD player, towels, washcloths, bed linens, a Keurig single cup coffee machine & 42 cup coffee maker, full size refrigerator, full set of dishes and cookware, one large outdoor grill and an outdoor fire pit. There are two bathrooms but only one is equipped with a shower. The other is equipped with a tub. Guest rooms upstairs are equipped with window A/C units in the summer time and portable heaters in the winter. Central heat and air is supplied on the main level.This home is lived in when not rented so guests will find a few personal items such as clothes and some food items throughtout the kitchen.We are a working farm so depending on the season and the weather, we may have helpers working the hay on the surrounding property. We always let our guests know if or when our helpers will be on site.Once you arrive, there is a Welcome Guide for our guests that includes information about the farm, the house and surrounding areas, as well as a bit of history. It is located 10 miles from the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area and 11 miles from Brimstone Recreation.Red's House features a carport for guest parking. The front porch has a sitting area for guests to enjoy the professionally landscaped yard. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and a 42" smart TV. If you need a workspace, there is a desk in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a large tile shower and a full-size washer and dryer.The living room features a reclining couch, a loveseat, and a chair. It also features a 50-inch smart TV.The kitchen features a small dining area. It is fully stocked with cooking essentials. Just outside the kitchen is the back patio.
