These cameras are not intended to invade your privacy, but are in place to protect the property.9. Damage and Breakages- Please report any damage or breakages immediately. You will be held responsible for any repairs or replacements needed.10. Check-In and Check-Out - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Please respect these times to allow us time to prepare for the next guests. If you require flexibility, you are welcome to inquire for an early check-in and/or early check-out. Fees apply if not followed. 11. Parking - Please park in the designated parking areas on the RIGHT driveway when facing the house from the street. Only two vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Do not drive around the house or drive and park in the back between the garage and deck. 12. Respect for Furnishings - Please treat the furniture and house items with care. Any significant damage or stains will incur additional fees for replacement or cleaning. Furnishing damages vary and cleaning fees start at $100 per occurrence. 13. Follow Check-Out Cleaning Procedures- Please wash the dishes, take out trash/recycling and turn off lights and any running water before you leave. Please make sure all windows are closed and locked.
